The Pain and Panic Cup is the first tournament at the Underdrome in Kingdom Hearts II, and all of the enemies within are set at level 20. It forbids the use of Drive Forms, but reduce the MP consumption of Limits. Upon completion, Pain and Panic puts up the trophy in the Underworld Entrance.
The Pain and Panic Paradox Cup is a harder form of the Pain and Panic Cup, with all enemies capped at level 60. It is unlocked after completing the Goddess of Fate Cup.
