This is a list of editors who are staff members on the Kingdom Hearts Wiki. To learn more about what makes a staff member, please read this.
The Kingdom Hearts Wiki's list of active staff consists of three types of editors:
- Administrators - These editors are responsible for blocking vandals and deleting unnecessary files and pages. Also known as "sysops," they have rollback rights and can move images. Another type of administrator exists in the form of bureaucrats, who have sysop abilities and are also able to change users' rights. Administrators whose names are written in gold on the list below are bureaucrats.
- Moderators - These editors have been given rollback rights by a bureaucrat. They can edit fully-protected pages, move articles without having to worry about spam restrictions, rename files, suppress redirects, delete pages, and approve edits made by IP editors and new users.
- Developers - These editors maintain the Kingdom Hearts Wiki itself. They can adjust the site's functions but do not maintain its articles and content.
Staff members who are temporarily inactive appear in grayscale. They are not able to help other editors at the present time, so any issues that arise should be brought to the attention of an active staff member.
The Kingdom Hearts Wiki has several offshoots, including a YouTube channel, Twitter and Facebook accounts, and a DeviantArt group. These are maintained by the editors listed below. Feel free to contact them if you have a question about offsite material, but please be advised that they are not necessarily members of the Kingdom Hearts Wiki's staff, thus they should not be requested to handle important Wiki matters.

Schedule of availability
The tables below indicate when their respective staff members are typically available to assist other editors and monitor the IRC. Please realize staff members are not required to be active during these times and that these tables are merely guidelines.
On Saturday, the hours 23-24 and Sunday, the hour 1 are only for days where there is a roundtable present.
