The Pain and Panic Cup is a minigame in Olympus Coliseum. It unlocks after the Disney Castle event. The goal is to defeat and survive 10 rounds of enemies. You cannot use Drives in this minigame, but to make up for this, Limit cost less MP then usual. The Heartless in the Pain and Panic cup are all level twenty, no higher or less.
When you win this cup, you receive the Lucky Ring and a Serenity Stone. In Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, you gain the Protect Belt instead.

Other Notes
In the Pain and Panic Cup, each of the rounds have their own rules but two levels are different from the others. In round 8, Sora has 60 seconds to defeat as many Rapid Thrusters as he can. It is possible to defeat them all. Round 10 is different because in this round, you encounter Leon and Yuffie as bosses of this cup.
There are yellow orbs to be collected for every single round except round 10 (the fight with Leon and Yuffie).
