Jungle Slider (ターザンスライダー, Tāzan Suraidā, lit. "Tarzan Slider") is a mini-game in Deep Jungle in Kingdom Hearts. The player has to collect as much red fruit as possible, while sliding down the trees and avoiding obstacles. There are five areas in the slider, with ten fruits each. To advance to the next area, Sora must collect all the available fruits. Upon completion of one challenge, a reward is gained. The Keyblade can be used occasionally to break the vines/branches that block him. In addition, the player is timed as the game is played.

The mini-game is accessed by jumping into the open tree trunk from the Tunnel. After each attempt, the player must return to the Tunnel to play again. Before Deep Jungle's Keyhole is sealed, only the first course is available, without the fruit. The fruit collection begins after the Keyhole is sealed.

During this mini-game, the only party member with Sora is Tarzan.

Courses

• Green Serpent (グリーンロード, Gurīn Rōdo, lit. "Green Road") is the first course. After collecting all the fruit, the player can lean left to proceed to the next course. Leaning right or failing to collect all fruits takes the player to the Camp. Upon completion, the player is rewarded with an AP Up. In Final Mix, an Elixir is given instead.

• Splash Tunnel (スプラッシュトンネル, Supurasshu Tonneru) is the second course. This course is unlocked after completing Green Serpent.After collecting all the fruit, the player can lean left to proceed to the next course. Leaning right or failing to collect all fruits takes the player to the Hippos' Lagoon. Upon completion, the player is rewarded with an Orichalcum. In Final Mix, an AP Up is given instead.

• Jade Spiral (ウッドスパイラル, Uddo Supairaru, lit. "Wood Spiral") is the third course. This course is unlocked after completing Splash Tunnel. After collecting all the fruit, the player can lean right to proceed to the next course. Leaning left or failing to collect all fruits takes the player to the Cliff. Upon completion, the player is rewarded with a Megalixir. In Final Mix, a Dark Matter is given instead.

• Panic Fall (パニックフォール, Panikku Fōru) is the fourth course. This course is unlocked after completing Jade Spiral. After collecting all the fruit, the player can lean left to proceed to the next course. Leaning right or failing to collect all fruits takes the player to the Waterfall Cavern. Upon completion, the player is rewarded with a Defense Up.

• Shadow Cavern (シャドウケイブ, Shadou Keibu, lit. "Shadow Cave") is the fifth and final course. This course is unlocked after completing Panic Fall. Completing this route takes you to the Cavern of Hearts. Upon completion, the player is rewarded with a Power Up.
