The Secret Reports, much like the Ansem Reports, are a series of pages written by various members of Organization XIII throughout Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. The reports mainly focus on Roxas and Xion's movements in the Organization. Some reports do not state who is was written by, however, some are obvious.
358
The Secret Reports are collectible documents in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Kingdom Hearts III.

Day 7: Significance of existence
In Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, the reports mainly focus on Roxas and Xion's movements in Organization XIII. While the authors of the reports are not explicitly mentioned in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, they are confirmed within the game's official Ultimania guide. Roxas is the only member not to have written at least one report; instead, he uses his own diary. Each is unlocked by completing all of the Challenge Missions (receiving at least one Challenge Sigil) for its corresponding dayfact<!--is there anything else?--> and achieving 100% completion on all missions on that day or range of days. The Secret Reports can be read in Roxas's Diary.

A name gives meaning to a living thing, significance to an existence. In order to make this new power certain, we carried out the Replica Plan. Even to the newly-moving doll "No. I", a new name is necessary. Perhaps that name will become the significance of existence for "No. I".
Note: These reports have been sorted by author here.

In Kingdom Hearts III, the Secret Reports are unlocked by finishing Battlegates.

:A name defines an object. Describes the span of it. Gives it purpose.
:We embarked upon the Replica Program to ensure our new power stays ours. Now, our shadow puppet, "No. i," lives. It needs a name. Something to define it. To give the hollow vessel purpose.

New faces have come in one after the other. #13 is Roxas and #14 is Xion. Today my mission was to teach basic things to Roxas. From the day Roxas first came to the Organization, it feels like I’ve been made to be the one who takes care of him for some reason. It’s been like that since day one, but, he's kind of a vague guy. Ahhh well, he seems pretty able, so it seems like he'll be a good partner.
:Seems like we're getting new members every day. No. XIII was a boy, Roxas. Now we've got a No. XIV, Xion.
:Today's mission was to show Roxas the ropes. I feel like they've had me babysitting him since he got here. He's not a bad kid, but he's spacey. Good fighter, though. At least I won't be bored.

Now, Xion is still in test period. On the other side, Roxas is in a training period. Until Xion can move reliably, she ought to avoid contact with Roxas as much as possible. Vexen is saying that perhaps even within 10 days Xion will come to be able to display those abilities. I expect that Marluxia is watching the movements of the "Keyblade Hero".
:Xion is being monitored. Roxas, meanwhile, has begun his training exercises.
:It is imperative we keep Xion from having undue contact with Roxas until we are certain it will perform as expected—which will take another 10 days, if Vexen's convictions are to be trusted.
:As for the Keyblade master, Marluxia will no doubt be keeping an eye on him.

Day 14: This Kid?
Had a second mission with Roxas. Like I thought, I'm this guy's caretaker. Lately, his responses have been a little more lucid. Have his memories started to come back, maybe? Even so, is it really true what they say, that this guy is the Nobody of the "Keyblade Hero"?
:Another mission with Roxas today. Is he seriously my responsibility? At least he's starting to talk like a normal person. Maybe that means his memory's coming back.
:Still, this kid's supposed to be the Keyblade master's Nobody? I don't see it.

Seriously! "One person is enough to keep watch over the Hero’s movements", he says? If it's so boring, then why don't you teach that guy magic in my place! Ah well, this will be over soon, too. If I go over there, the plan will begin action. I can't be hanging around with the absent minded Nobody of the Hero.
:Ugh! How DARE they shut me out of monitoring the Keyblade master! And then to send me off to teach that half-baked Nobody basic magic!?
:I should've had him light ME on fire.
:It won't be long now, though. Once I'm over at C.O., our plan goes into action. No more playing nanny. Ever.

Day 22: Castle Oblivion
Author: Axel

It seems the talk of going to Castle Oblivion was pushed forwards. Was it because the Hero has been moving...That Hero's Nobody is still as vague as before, but we've been eating ice cream together every day for the past several days. We don't really talk, but he's come to change his expression a fair bit. We talked about Castle Oblivion, but he didn't really seem to get it. Ah well, that's how it is.
:They pushed up the C.O. plan. Our little hero with the key must've made a move.
:Me and his Nobody have been meeting up for ice cream the last few days. Not the best conversationalist, but at least he's mastered a few facial expressions besides "doom" and "gloom."
:I told him about C.O., but he didn't seem to follow. Guess that's understandable.

Day 23: Research Entry 326
The plan is going more or less smoothly. Concerning the most superior replica, "No. I", it is going almost too smoothly. The other that we couldn't acquire a number for was brought to Castle Oblivion, with the plan to do further research with it. These replicas, at least isn't it acceptable to call them special Nobodies?
:The Program is largely on target. No. i, my finest Replica, has proven an even greater success than anticipated.

:I intend to take the other vessel—judged unfit for number status—to Castle Oblivion, where I will subject it to further testing.
Day 24: The Movements of the Upstairs Group
:One thing is clear: could these Replicas not be classified as a special sort of Nobody?

Day 24: The Upper Floors
Author: Zexion

The Hero has arrived at the Castle. It seems that Marluxia’s guidance went well. It seems that many plans are progressing at the same time, but it doesn’t mean we get to know the contents of each of those plans. It seems that individuals have their own plans, pretending that they are the plans of the Organization. It’s necessary to pay attention to Marluxia’s movements in particular.
:Marluxia has succeeded in leading the Keyblade master to the castle.
:I sense multiple threads at work, but details on each of the projects are scarce. I suspect some alleged Organization projects are secretly private machinations.
:Marluxia seems especially suspect.

Day 25: Hollow Unity
Day 25: Hollow Ties
Author: Lexaeus

Even though I questioned Zexion closely, I couldn’t obtain much information. I knew it would be like that, but I didn’t get nearly enough information. It’s a fact that those at the lowest levels aren’t let know what is happening upstairs, or what we should do here downstairs. Zexion said ‘the unity of the Organization’, but I don’t expect that ever existed in the first place. However, Zexion is the only one able to trust in it, no mistake.
:Pressing Zexion for answers would be a waste of time. I know that, but this dearth of information is hard to accept. What's happening on the upper levels? What ought we be doing down here? They hug their truths close and leave the rest of us to speculate.
:Zexion talks of the bond we share as an Organization, but how could such a thing exist? Still, he remains the only one I can trust.

Day 26: Axel’s Movements
Day 26: Axel's Actions
Author: Zexion
Author: Zexion

Axel’s movements are suspicious, and I’m guessing that perhaps it’s because of some kind of information obtained from Saïx. Why did he destroy Vexen, who was satisfied with being left to carry out his research? Weren’t Vexen’s annihilation, and the cancellation of that plan, things to have been avoided? We of the downstairs group and the upstairs group each have our own speculations… And then, there are definitely speculations other than that. If we don’t hurry and make sure of it…
:Simple deduction suggests Axel's outwardly inscrutable actions are the result of some directive from Saïx.
:Why else eliminate Vexen? He simply wanted to do research. Did we not all stand to gain from the fruits of his Program? What is Axel thinking?

Day 27: Key to the plan
In a short while, Sora will be delivered into my hands. Sora, who has had his memories re-written by Naminé, is now no more than our doll. If we have the Keyblade Hero in our hands, we will also be able to control the replica plan. It will be easy to take over the Organization.
:Axel is in the way, though I don't know if he's aware of our plot. Vexen had no part in our plans - why eliminate him, assuming Axel's orders were to root out traitors to the Organization? Discerning his motives merits our full attention.

Day 28: Disposing of Traitors
Day 28: Dealing with the Traitors
Author: Axel

A summary of the contents of the Replica Plan has surfaced. But, I couldn’t obtain information on the one other replica that there should be. Leadership of the Replica Plan must not be handed over to those guys. Vexen being annihilated along the way couldn’t be helped. The bigger problem is that of the traitors. There’s a difference between a clear traitor to us, and someone who’s getting in the way.
:I've uncovered most of what I need to know about the Replica Program, but where's the other one? I can't find any trace of it. ...Vexen was caught in the middle. Pitiable, but unavoidable. I could not risk his Program falling into their hands. Of greater concern are the traitors. Not the obvious turncoats, but the ones who will get in his and my way. The Keyblade master is not our enemy.

Day 50: A Strange Feeling
Day 50: Strange Feeling
Author: Xion
Author: Xion

Roxas woke up. I think he was probably dreaming the whole time. When I’m with Roxas, I get this strange feeling. It feels familiar, like listening to the sound of waves at the beach. I wonder why...
:Roxas woke up today. I think he was dreaming the whole time.
:Being with him feels strange. Familiar. Like listening to the waves crash up against the shore. But why?

Day 51: Amending Assumptions
Day 51: Measures Must Be Taken
Author: Saïx

The Replica Plan is satisfactory, but it seems that something unusual is happening in Castle Oblivion. Dusks brought back rumours of the Castle. But, they are nothing more than fragments of information. There’s not enough information to judge what is happening. I definitely can’t think that he’s been destroyed, but maybe someone should make another move. First of all, if we don’t find out where the Hero is...
:The Replica Program continues apace, but something has gone wrong at Castle Oblivion. The Dusks returned with word that none of those we dispatched survived—but the news came in fragments. I still know too little to extract the truth.
:I doubt Axel would be among those lost, but I must plan for the worst. First, I must locate the Keyblade master.

Day 52: One More Mission
Day 52: Another Mission
Author: Axel

The hero and the invaders’ whereabouts have all been lost track of. Right now, there’s no one in this castle, but me. Everyone other than me has been destroyed. It was certainly an order to take care of the traitors, but maybe the worst traitor is me. I have to investigate this castle a little longer.
:I've lost track of the Keyblade master and the other intruders. I'm the only one left in the castle. Everybody else has been destroyed. My orders were to end the traitors, but I think by this point, I fit that bill better than anybody.
:There's one last thing I need to look into while I'm here.

Day 71: The Traitors’ Last Days
Day 71: The Traitors' End
Author: Xigbar

It seems that Saïx is somehow deeply connected to the elimination of those guys who went to Castle Oblivion. Which means, Axel is probably connected to it, too. It is a fact that, through Saïx, Xemnas ordered Axel to take care of the traitors. It seems as if it wasn’t said who the traitors were however, of course Xemnas knew of those guys’ betrayal.
:Saïx had a hand in what went down at Castle Oblivion—well, more like a whole arm. Which means Axel was in on it as well.
:It's a fact that Xemnas ordered Axel to take out the traitors, orders which went through Saïx. No specific names were given, but naturally Xemnas knew who the turncoats were right from the get-go.

Day 72: Humanlike
Day 72: Human
Author: Axel

When you’ve been acquainted for a long time, you come to say nothing but the uncertain and noncommittal things out loud, without saying the things that are certain. You think they understand, without it being said. When it comes to those guys who were destroyed in Castle Oblivion, I’m spared by it being okay to leave things vague. But, the Hero, and Roxas, don’t say noncommittal things out loud. It’s unclear whether that’s humanlike, or whether they are special.
:The longer you know someone, the less you need to speak in clear terms. Everything gets across with a wink and a nudge, a little reading between the lines...
:When it comes to what befell our late comrades at Castle Oblivion, ambiguity suits me just fine.
:But the Keyblade master and Roxas come out and say every little thing that comes to mind. Maybe that's human, or maybe they're just special.

Day 73: What Now?
Author: Xion
Author: Xion

I can’t use the Keyblade anymore. I don’t know why. I don’t know what to do, either. It feels like I stopped being able to use it suddenly. If I can’t collect hearts, I’ll be absolutely worthless. What should I do?
:I lost the ability to use the Keyblade, and I have no idea why. I don't know what to do about it. About anything.
:It happened suddenly, after Roxas woke up. If I can't collect hearts anymore, the Organization has no use for me. This is terrible.

Day 74: Xion's Face
Day 74: Xion's Face
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

To be frank, I didn't understand why Roxas got so involved with Xion, who always has her hood up and never shows her face. Sure, they're both newcomers and have many similar points, but she's a companion who leaves her face hidden. But today, I saw Xion's face for the first time. Suddenly, Xion took her hood off. That face resembles Naminé.
:Honestly, I never got why Roxas was so crazy about Xion. I know they both joined up around the same time, and they're both rookies, but how do you get so close to somebody who hides their face all the time?
:Well, I saw it today. All of a sudden, No. XIV up and takes off...her hood. Xion is a girl, and she looks just like Naminé.

Roxas has been going with me, who can’t use my Keyblade, on missions. Not just Roxas, but Axel has also helped me, and so it looks like it will be okay. But, what will I do if I’ve lost the ability to use the Keyblade for good…
:Roxas has been coming along on my missions to help out, since I can't use the Keyblade. Axel is covering for me, so I should be safe for now. But what am I going to do if I never get the Keyblade back? I can't lie forever.

Day 94: The Plan is Satisfactory, But...
Day 94: All Goes Apace
Author: Saïx
Author: Saïx

Roxas and Xion both collect hearts using their Keyblades, and Kingdom Hearts appears larger before us. Our goal is being achieved. Every conceivable plan is satisfactory. I worry that it’s going too well, but, perhaps I’m just thinking too much.
:The hearts collected by our two Keyblade wielders, Roxas and Xion, have gathered together; and now, almighty Kingdom Hearts waxes large in the night sky.
:Our efforts have come to bear fruit, nearly ripe for the plucking. All plans proceed smoothly—alarmingly so, in fact, though this is no time to be deterred by paranoia.

Day 95: My Memories
Day 95: My Past
Author: Xion
Author: Xion

Roxas and I don’t have memories from when we were human. Not only that, but I also don’t have memories of when I’d just become a Nobody either. Roxas said he doesn’t remember too well either, but, I really don’t remember much at all. I don’t really remember the day I met Roxas, or Axel…
:Neither Roxas or I have any memory of our human lives. I don't even remember my first days as a Nobody.
:Roxas said he was the same, but I'm not so sure. For me, it's a total blank. I can't even remember the day I met Roxas, or Axel. It's all a blur.

Xion’s become able to use the Keyblade. The cause is unknown. Maybe it’s connected to the secret hidden about ‘the Keyblade Hero’. It feels like lately I’ve been spending more time talking with Roxas and Xion than with my original comrade… Saïx. That’s friendship, isn’t it.
:Xion regained her ability to wield the Keyblade. I don't know how or why. Maybe there's more to the Keyblade master they're not telling me about.
:I feel like I've been spending more time talking to Roxas and Xion lately than my old friend, Saïx. This has to have been what it was like, friendship.

Author: Demyx
Author: Demyx

Working every day is so boring. I want to take a holiday soon. It’s necessary for Nobodies to take a rest. Once I get a holiday, I’ll play my sitar all day long.
:Every day it's work, work, work. I'm dead bored, and I'd kill for some vacay.
:A Nobody needs his rest, am I right? And when I get it, it's gonna be nothing but me and my sitar. Sigh...

Day 117: Roxas and That Guy
Day 117: Him and Roxas
Author: Xigbar
Author: Xigbar

Roxas’s growth is remarkable. Making faces the spitting image of that guy, swinging the Keyblade in the exact same way. The worlds are scattered, and all are connected as one. The deeds from one’s time as a human follow them even when they become Nobodies. That’s how it is.
:Roxas is maturing at an impressive rate. His face, the way he handles the Keyblade, it's all exactly the same.
:The worlds seem so divided and alone, but there's always that steady thread there to connect them. And we Nobodies can never escape the things we did as humans. So it goes.

Day 118: The One Who’s Changed...
Day 118: You Changed, Not Me
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

When I’m talking with Roxas and Xion, I remember my time as a human. Various memories of my childhood come back to me, and I get some kind of weird feeling. You'd think I could talk to Saïx in the same way, but, weirdly enough I don’t feel like that when talking to him. It's only a strangely fond thought. It's not me who's changed...It's you.
:Talking to Roxas and Xion always brings back memories of my human life, back when I was a kid. It's a weird sensation.
:I ought to be able to share all this with Saïx, but I just don't feel like it anymore. It's strange, but I'm content with just missing what's gone.
:I'm not the one who changed. You did.

Day 119: Hearts and Emotion
Author: Xaldin
Author: Xaldin

Watching that foolish Beast, I really understand how humans are controlled by trifling things.  Because we didn’t wish to be controlled by emotions, we chose to become nobodies. Realizing what a huge loss it is came a long time after. I understand that we cannot be without a heart, but emotions are unpleasant things.
:Watching that foolish beast flail about only deepens my disdain for humans and their incessant need to be pinned down by feelings.
:We became Nobodies precisely to avoid the shackles of emotion. It was only later that we realized the scale of that loss: that some things simply cannot be done without a heart.
:Nonetheless, I see nary a pleasant thing about it.

That guy...That man who wore an Organization coat. I can’t defeat him as I am now. I am not a fake. He’s the one pretending like a fake...
:That man wearing the Organization's coat—that jerk! He's too powerful. I can't beat him unless I get stronger.
:And I'm not a sham. I'M NOT. He is. He's the one pretending to be something he isn't!

Author: Saïx

Is it because soon, the copy will reach its limits? I thought the plan was satisfactory, however, it’s a doll, after all... So of course, a hindrance has come. I absolutely cannot comprehend how this doll can weigh on Axel and Roxas’s minds. From now on, perhaps we should be thinking about how to dispose of Xion.
:As expected, the Duplicate is starting to show its limits. The Program showed promise, but a puppet is just a puppet: something to be toyed with until it breaks.
:I am utterly at a loss as to what Roxas and Axel see in that thing. How best to dispose of it merits my consideration going forward.

Day 151: These Dreams
Author: Xion
Author: Xion

The truth is, I still didn’t want to meet Roxas. Because, I can’t help comparing myself to him. We both use the Keyblade, but we are too different. Maybe Roxas doesn’t dream...Lately, I’ve been dreaming nonstop. This morning I dreamed that I was drowning in the ocean.
:I wasn't ready to see Roxas again. I can't help but compare us. We both use the Keyblade, but we're so different.
:Does he dream? It seems like that's all I do anymore. Last night I dreamt of the ocean. I was drowning.

Day 152: Like a Human
Day 152: Like a Real Person
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

It looks like Roxas and Xion had a fight. I think they had a fight about some trivial thing anyway, but their behaviour is just like a human. It’s out of tune. In the first place, it’s doubtful whether Roxas was able to comprehend the talk about the wrong switches. It’s unthinkable that Roxas comprehends the difference between men and women.
:Roxas and Xion must have had it out over something. Knowing them, it's something dumb, but still.
:Watching them, it's like they're human. It's messing with my head.
:I kind of wonder if Roxas understood all that about the wrong buttons. I get the sense a lot of it went right over his head.

Author: Demyx

I finished a new song! Worrying about bad marks and ‘do your job, do your job’ is so annoying. There’s no way in hell I can beat monsters like that. Everyone has things they’re good at and things they’re bad at; think about that properly when you give missions!
:I've got me a new hit single!<!--KHHD: I've got my new hit single!-->
:X-face is always barking at me to work, but what's he expect me to do against a monster like that? I mean, stop and think about skill sets when you divide up the labor already!

Day 171: The ‘No.I’ Plan
Day 171: The No. i Project
Author: Saïx
Author: Saïx

Xion failed a mission. If it looks like her condition will continue from now, we should destroy this doll, and make the next replica a more competent copy. We had concerns about "No.I"’s abilities from the beginning, her being from the first batch. In her current condition, it wouldn’t be a strange thing even to catch her broken down. I wonder what on earth Xemnas is thinking...
:Xion failed to complete its mission. If this continues, destroying it and using the next Replica as the Duplicate would undoubtedly yield a higher-grade copy.
:No. i was among the initial lot, which naturally raises questions about its capabilities. At present, it is nothing short of broken. I cannot fathom why Xemnas would want to keep it.

Day 172: The Word's Meaning
Day 172: Meaning Behind the Words
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

There should be another side to Saïx's words. Why doesn't Xion qualify as a member of the Organization? Saïx said "it's as it appears". By that is he talking about how she looks like Naminé? I can't think there's no connection between Xion and Naminé. Whose Nobody is Xion, in the first place? What is Saïx hiding?
:There has to be something to what Saïx said. Why isn't Xion qualified to be one of us? He said to just look at her, but at what? The fact that she looks like Naminé?
:Xion and Naminé must be connected. Whose Nobody is Xion, anyway? What is Saïx hiding?

Sometimes, I get jealous of children. Maybe there’s some kind of fundamental difference between those who have become Nobodies since they became adults, and those who became Nobodies before they became adults. For those who have become adults, there are many things that they have bet and lost in just that part of life they lived. Children, however, can engage in the most daring games. Though, perhaps children don’t think ‘life is a gamble’.
:I find myself envying the children. Perhaps some fundamental difference exists between those who become Nobodies as adults and otherwise.
:The longer you have lived, the more you are positioned to lose with such a gamble. But a child can look forward, unafraid even in the face of immeasurable odds. I doubt they even see life as a gamble the way we do.

Xion continues to sleep. Although various inspections on her functions were carried out, a special change has still not been felt. Though the copying seems to have been a success, it is a replica after all. Though I reported the content to Xemnas, he only smiled without giving a clear reply. Sometimes Xemnas’s actions cannot be understood.
:Xion continues to sleep. All analysis on its function suggests no marked change. The copying appears to be working, but a Replica is a Replica. My latest report to Xemnas on this net<!--KHHD: netted--> me no clear answers. He simply stood, smiling. At times I find his thinking impenetrable.

I finally opened my eyes, but I fainted again. I wonder why. Is it because I was made wrong? The whole time I was sleeping, I dreamed a familiar dream. I wonder why I can’t remember what the dream was about. But maybe they are important memories from the time I was a human. The one and only thing I remember is the sound of waves. I only remember being able to hear the gentle sound of waves, from far away.
:I finally wake up, just to pass out again? Why? Because I'm a failure? I dreamt the whole while I was out. It was something nostalgic, but what? Why can't I remember? It could be a key memory from my human life. All I can remember is the sound of waves, gentle, in the distance.

Day 194: Replica
Day 194: The Replica
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

I sure didn’t think I’d hear the word ‘replica’ again. Already holding a ‘self’ from the time it operated, the Riku Replica came close to the original Riku with the fake memories planted by Naminé. Now, those guys from Castle Oblivion have been destroyed, and the only one in the Organization who knows that replicas hold their own ‘self’ should be me. My having not noticed it until now means that Xion is a very brilliant replica. However, questions still remain. Who on earth is Xion a replica of? And, why can she use the Keyblade?
:I thought I'd never see the word "replica" again. Any rational man would realize the Riku Replica was not likely unique, but I'm the only one in the Organization who knew of his exceptional copying functionality, and that he ultimately formed a sense of self. The fact that I knew all that and still never noticed the truth about Xion speaks to how remarkable a Replica she must be.
:But my questions remain unanswered. Who is she a Replica of? Naminé? Kairi? Or perhaps someone entirely different? Why did the Organization admit her into this<!--KHHD: its--> membership? And why would such a fine Replica fall unconscious or sporadically lose its command of the Keyblade?

Day 224: Xion
Day 224: Xion
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

Even if Xion is a replica or a doll, Xion is Xion. Even though I try to understand it like that, I don’t know how to deal with it. It was okay to make use of the Riku Replica. But, Xion is different. No, I don’t know if it was okay to have used the Riku Replica. How are Nobodies that don’t exist, and Xion, the created doll, different? Both have vague existences; that won’t change. And, we are best friends. That won’t change. We promised to go to the beach next time we got a break. It would be good to go to the beach together and have a human-like holiday. Watermelon or fried noodles. If we can laugh about little things, that worry will surely disappear.
:Even if Xion is a replica—a puppet—she's still Xion. I understand that in my head, but how do I interact with her now? Riku Replica was just a tool, but I can't just use Xion. No, I was wrong to have just used Riku Replica in the first place. How is a man-made puppet any less worthy than a Nobody that was never meant to exist at all?
:They're both ambiguous. Tenuous at best. And she's my friend. Even if neither of us should exist, that doesn't invalidate the bonds we form. Next break we get, I told her we'd all go to the beach. I hope we get the chance. Our little summer vacation. I know if we can get together and laugh about stupid stuff, this nagging doubt will go away.

Day 225: My Secret
Day 225: Secrets About Me
Author: Xion
Author: Xion

Every day it’s painful; my body is heavy, and my head hurts. I’ve been dreaming non-stop, as if I’m not sleeping. Axel surely knows something. I think Axel is probably hiding something. Castle Oblivion...Surely my secret is there. Because I was born in that castle.
:My body feels heavy, and my head aches. I'm too busy dreaming to get any rest from sleep. Axel knows something. He's hiding some secret. It must be in Castle Oblivion. That's where I was born.

Day 255: Final Stages
Author: Xemnas

Day 255: The Final Stage
:Xion's appearance should vary based on the relation of the viewer to her. Saïx sees her simply as a puppet. The Program approaches completion. Through Roxas, Xion is assembling a copy of the hero of the Keyblade. As proof, she sometimes appears to take on his form to my eyes.
Author: Xemnas

I expect Xion's form has come to look different in accordance with that connection. Saïx can't see Xion as anything other than a doll. The plan is approaching the final stage. Through Roxas, Xion will copy the hero reliably. The evidence is that sometimes I am starting to see him in Xion.
Day 256: Who We Each See
Day 256: Deflecting Appearance
Author: Xigbar
Author: Xigbar

Xion’s stealing away from the Organization is interesting. If we can’t control her, that means Xion is approaching the hero more. Saix can’t “see” Xion. I’m deeply interested in how the other members see Xion. As for me, I see that guy, but Xemnas probably sees something different again.
:Xion's disappearance is fascinating. If she really is breaking from our control, it's a sign of her approaching the essence of the hero. It seems Saïx <!--KHHD: still--> doesn't truly "see" her. I'm curious to know how she appears to the others. I see her as...him, though I suspect that Xemnas sees entirely something else<!--KHHD: something else entirely--> in her.

Author: Luxord

For some reason or another, the air feels alive. In most cases, you will lose if you make a bet at a time like this. However, it’s also a fact that there is a slight chance of winning big. I am deeply interested in how the results of the cards turn out.
:The air is charged. I can feel it. You go out on a big gamble at a time like this, and you're going to lose big. That said, it's betting against the worst odds that nets you<!--no "you" in KHHD--> the biggest win. I'm eager to see how this hand plays out.

Day 276: The Other Side of the Truth
Day 276: Behind the Truth
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

Starting tomorrow, I will look for Xion. Roxas knows nothing yet, but Xion has found out. Therefore, I must find Xion. We do not have hearts. Therefore, we recognize that everything is only the facts that we are given. There’s something even more important on the other side of the truth.
:Xion is gone. Roxas still doesn't know anything, but Xion found out. That's why I need to find her. We don't have hearts, so we accept the facts we're given as the truth. But something far more important lies behind that truth. Saïx would laugh at people with no hearts calling one another friends, but that doesn't make it not so.
:As the Nobody of the hero of the Keyblade and the Replica of that Nobody, these two are special. Unique in every sense of the word. But that doesn't change the fact that we're friends. Nothing will. Got it memorized, Xion?

Saïx would probably laugh and say it’s ridiculous that we, who don’t have hearts, could be friends, but there is no mistaking that we are. The nobody of the hero, and that nobody’s replica, Xion. Those two are special in every meaning of the word. Even so, we are best friends. Do you have it memorized, Xion?
Day 277: True Agenda
Author: Saïx
Day 277: True Goal
Author: Xemnas

Axel and Roxas have begun to move about in a sneaky manner. Regardless of how they move about, the plan has already been branched and we are proceeding to the next step. The “No.I” plan and Replica Plan are only the former stages of this plan. Our true goal is in something else.
:Axel and Roxas are up to something. No plot they concoct will change the fact that the Organization has cast off Xion, though. Our plans have split, diverged, and advance now to the next stage. The No. i project and Replica Program merely paved the way. Our true goals lie elsewhere.

Day 296: Hidden Truth
Day 296: Hidden Truths
Author: Axel
Author: Xigbar

To begin with, no one completely grasps what there is in Castle Oblivion. There are even rooms that Xemnas does not grasp. There are few people who know Xion was born in that place. Will the day ever come when all the hidden truths of that place will be clear?
:None of us really know everything that's going on in Castle Oblivion. Some rooms even Xemnas doesn't know about. Not many are even aware that Xion was born there. I wonder if the truth about that place will ever surface.

Day 297: Contact with Riku
Day 297: Contact with Riku
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

That man we could call an Organization member impersonator; it’s Riku. It would be no mystery if Roxas recalled that guy’s name from the bottom of his memory. However, it’s still too early to report. It’s not possible to report until I know why Xion is with Riku. If she joins the heroes’ side, that itself may potentially mean Xion’s annihilation. What does Xion intend to do?
:The man they're calling the impostor, that fake Organization member? It's Riku. Roxas could very well remember that, somewhere deep in his memories. Still, it's too soon to report this. I need to know why Xion was with him first. If she's siding with the hero, it could easily mean her erasure. What are you planning to do, Xion?

Day 298: Change of Plans
Day 298: Change of Plans
Author: Saïx
Author: Saïx

Axel did not report the encounter between the Organization member impersonator and Xion. It was Roxas who reported it. Is it easier to deal with Roxas than Axel? Axel captured Xion and brought her back. It’s uncertain what on earth Axel is thinking. A change of plans is possible, but it puts our goal further off.
:Axel failed to report that the impostor and Xion are working together. Instead, that news came from Roxas. The boy is far more easily handled than Axel, but now Axel has captured Xion and returned her to us. His motives are impossible to read. Our plans can be altered if necessary, but doing so can only delay their realization.

Day 299: Consideration of a Lie
Day 299: The Value of a Lie
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

Roxas holds suspicions towards me about Xion. But I can’t tell the truth. I’m lying to Roxas. Nobodies without hearts are good liars. I don’t feel a thing, even when telling a lie. But now, it hurts me a little. All these things connected to Roxas create the illusion that I’m human.
:Roxas doesn't trust me after the whole Xion incident, but I can't tell him the truth yet. So I keep lying. It's no big deal when you're a Nobody. There's no guilt, no feeling at all. So why does it still sting, just a little, when I lie to him? All my dealings with Roxas give me this bizarre illusion of humanity.

Day 300: The Three’s Sunset
Day 300: Us and the Sunset
Author: Xion
Author: Xion

The three of us watched the sunset. I never thought we’d be able to watch the setting sun like that again. It’s like that dream, in which I watched the setting sun sink into the ocean with Roxas and Axel. I only want to be together with the two of them, but… what should I do?
:We watched the sun set today. The three of us. I didn't think we'd ever be able to do that again. It's like that dream I had—the one where I was by the shore with Roxas and Axel, watching the sun set over the water. I just want to stay with them. But how? What should I do?

Day 301: Xion or Roxas?
Day 301: Xion or Roxas?
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

Xion is frantically completing missions. There’s no telling what her intentions are. I don’t know what I should have said to Roxas. Like Saïx said, I’ll do anything in order to keep Roxas from being destroyed. But, I don’t know if it’s okay if Xion is destroyed.
:Xion is burning through missions at full tilt. She seems frantic. Why, I don't know. And speaking of, I still don't know what to say to Roxas. Even without my orders from Saïx, I'd do anything to stop Roxas from being erased. I just don't know if I can stand by and let that happen to Xion, either.

Day 321: My Place
Axel is always helping me. That means he felt like helping me again. How long has Axel known about me? When we met in Castle Oblivion? Maybe he already knew about me. Axel said to me to think for myself. I was really happy. But since then, my power has gotten much stronger. And so, Roxas's power is surely getting weaker. Surely I'm not allowed to exist any longer. Who said that Nobodies aren't allowed to exist? Surely I’m the one who's really not allowed to exist. But, you know, at the end I want to be useful to Axel and Roxas, even just a little. The boy I saw today is probably the Sora in my memories.
:Axel's always helping<!--KHHD: helped--> me out, so I just assumed he would again. How long has he known about me? Maybe since long before we met in Castle Oblivion. But he told me to think for myself. I was so happy. But now, as I get stronger, Roxas keeps getting weaker.
:I shouldn't exist anymore. They say that Nobodies were never meant to exist, but I'm the real affront. But before I'm gone, I want to help Roxas and Axel. Even just a little. I think the boy I saw today is the same Sora from my memories.

Day 322: The Plan
Day 322: The Plan
Author: Xemnas
Author: Xemnas

As long as we have a Keyblade Wielder under our control, it doesn’t matter one bit whether it’s a doll or the Hero’s Nobody. If the doll grows so far, then even the “Keyblade Hero” is no longer necessary. If anything, isn’t it the case that we must not allow Sora to awaken? It is impossible to control him in our favour. Surely he’ll become a threat to us. Under this assumption. I’ll further the plan.
:Be they a puppet or the hero's Nobody, we merely need a functional Keyblade master. The details are unimportant. The puppet has developed to a point where the hero of the Keyblade may be entirely redundant. Indeed, perhaps we ought never allow Sora to awaken. He cannot be controlled. He will rise up against us. We must move our agenda ahead with that firmly in mind.

Day 352: What I Must Do
Author: Xion
Author: Xion

Riku gave me this time. Axel was the one who told me to think. The Organization is clearly trying to get me to eliminate Roxas. Surely it can't be excused that Roxas and I exist at the same time. I like Roxas and Axel. I think Saïx would laugh at that thought, and say that these are fake emotions made from my memories. But, I liked the time I spent on top of the clock tower with Roxas and Axel.

It’d be nice if we could always be together as three people. But, it's got to end already. I won’t forget today’s sunset, no matter what. Even if Roxas and Axel forget, I won’t forget.
:Riku gave me this time. Axel told me to spend it thinking for myself. The Organization is determined to erase either me or Roxas. They'll never allow us to coexist. I love Roxas and Axel. I'm sure Saïx would scoff at that. Call it a trick of my artificial memories. But the time I spent on that clock tower was real.
:I wish the three of us could stay together, just like this, forever.

three of us could always be together. But, it’s gotta end already. I won’t forget today’s sunset, no matter what. Even if Roxas and Axel forget, I won’t.
:But I have to end this. I'll never forget today's sunset. Even if Roxas and Axel do, I won't forget.

Day 353: A Future That Never Was
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

I couldn’t say that Xion chose the wrong path. I cannot erase Xion. But, I have to erase Xion so that Roxas won’t be. There’s no longer a future where the three of us can laugh, and eat ice cream. I know that Roxas can’t understand that. And I wish...I didn’t understand.
:I couldn't tell Xion she was wrong, and I can't bring myself to end her. But it's either that, or I have to erase Roxas. There's no future where the three of us can sit around and eat ice cream. I know Roxas will never understand. I don't want to acknowledge it myself.

Author: Xion
Author: Xion

I wanted to meet Roxas one last time, but, I didn’t know what I should say to him, and so I couldn’t meet him. I wonder if I really existed properly. It’s all right not to exist. As long as it was real that we watched that setting sun, it’s all right. Surely, Naminé will tell me how to return to my original place. I have to get going quickly.
:I wanted to see Roxas one more time, but couldn't. What would I say? Did I ever really exist? Even if not, I just hope that those times we spent watching the sun set were real. I know Naminé will tell me how to get back where I belong. I should hurry to see her.

Day 355: Purpose
Day 355: Mind
Author: Xigbar?
Author: Xigbar

After half the members disappeared in Castle Oblivion, Xemnas’s plan generated disorder little by little. In hindsight, I’d say was probably a success, though it really doesn’t appear to have been. If the great Kingdom Hearts has a will, it may reject Xemnas...No, Xehanort. Roxas left the Organization today.
:The gears of Xemnas' plans have begun to spin wild since the loss of half our membership at Castle Oblivion. The results are there, but can this state of affairs fairly be called a success? If Kingdom Hearts can be said to possess a mind of its own, it is surely rejecting Xemnas—no, rejecting Xehanort. Roxas left the Organization today.

Author: Saïx
Author: Saïx

Things such as Roxas and Xion both pulling out of the Organization wasn’t part of our plan. Why did this happen? Roxas had become strong enough to knock me down. Lea, what did you want to do in the end? The plan we decided when the two of us joined the Organization together...No, that’s also already just a pipe dream. Everything has changed, hasn’t it? You, and me, too...
:Our plans never accounted for the possibility of both Xion and Roxas leaving. How did this come to pass? When did Roxas grow strong enough to outmuscle me? What were you really after, Lea? We joined the Organization at the same time, and formulated our plan. At this point, it's just an idle fantasy. Everything changed. You, and me.

Day 357: To My Best Friend
Day 357: To My Best Friend
Author: Axel
Author: Axel

Roxas left...All he left behind was a “winner” stick, which was so like him. Anyway, maybe the order to bring him back will come even tomorrow, but for him to leave something like this, it’s really the end, isn’t it? Roxas, will the three of us again...?...No, the two of us. Let’s eat ice cream again. That’s what a best friend is.
:Roxas left. It's so like him to just leave that WINNER ice cream stick behind. Come tomorrow, I'll probably get the order to hunt him down, but leaving that here makes it feel so permanent. I wish the three of us—three? No. That the two of us could share some ice cream again someday. That's what it is to be friends.

Day 358: The Goal
Day 358: Goals
Author: Xemnas
Author: Xemnas

Though it would be good if Roxas could be brought back, because Sora is the ‘Keyblade Hero’, even if he awakens, there’s nothing for him but to continue releasing hearts like they have been until now. If we aim our forces at him, and capture Sora, it would be good if we could only utilize that power again. I must become one with Kingdom Hearts, and become a great being. For the sake of the real goal, which lies beyond that point.
:With luck, we can bring Roxas back into our fold, but even if Sora should awaken, as the hero of the Keyblade, he is bound to keep unlocking hearts. If he should come to target us, we need simply subdue him and use his powers ourselves once more. I must become one with Kingdom Hearts. I will become a higher existence. All of my true ambitions begin there.

:Am I alive?
:I awoke in a cell, alone until the researchers came with their tests and their prodding to uncover my identity.
:I had no answer to offer them. Four friends, and a key...that is the sum total of my memory. I could not even recall my name. I was simply called "X" there. My only solace was the time I spent talking with the two boys who would visit from time to time.
:One day, a man came to take me from the prison. I could not see him for the darkness, save that he wore an eyepatch. Even now, years on, I feel no closer to understanding who or what I am.
:May my heart be my guiding key.

:Some days have passed since I set off on my journey to prepare for the Mark of Mastery examination. Eraqus asked for leave to undertake the same pilgrimage, but apparently I am to be the first to tour the worlds written of in the old fairy tales.
:Until a few short years ago, I'd known only my own world, a speck of land surrounded by sea. But how I'd dreamed of, yearned for the World beyond... And, granted guidance from the future, I left that nest behind. As I treaded the path to my master's side, I came in contact with darkness in many forms. I knew even then, as by instinct: terrifying as its power was, it could be harnessed. Mastered.
:Eraqus is a blueblood, descended from the very first masters in the age of fairy tales. But I did not come this far to indulge in adulation. I will be his peer. His equal. And to do that, I must learn to wield the power born from both darkness and light in proper balance.

:Subject was found in the central square shortly after dawn. Female, approximately fifteen years old. After seven days' observation, she spoke her first words, but could not provide a name. Subject exhibits signs of profound amnesia, and displays concern for which world this is. Her words suggest that she departed her home world with others, though she cannot recall the names of her erstwhile companions. All efforts to explore those memories have met with a rejection response.
:After his initial experiments on me, Ansem the Wise ceased his research into the heart, his hand stayed by some fear I cannot fathom. Yet this new subject is like me: devoid of memories. She is the perfect sample upon which to continue my master's work. She, too, could benefit from it; by traversing the heart, we have a direct path into memory. I myself have begun to reclaim my lost past thanks to these very experiments.
:Who is she? Whence has she come? These are questions no scientist could ignore. And the words she muttered, "May your heart be your guiding key"...

As improbable as it seems, the question may not be where she has come from, but when. If she truly has crossed through time, the prospect of probing her heart is all the more compelling.
:My pilot studies used a handful of subjects, but none possessed the fortitude to endure them. Ultimately, all suffered mental collapse. I knew it would be a heavy blow to lose a subject as unique as she.
:Upon discovering the tests I've been conducting, my master demanded that I cease my work immediately and destroy what research I have compiled. Worse still, he ordered the release of my remaining subjects. She is gone.
:Where is Subject X now? Has "wise" Master Ansem hidden her away? Whatever the case, I will not be deterred. I will take her place as the first subject in the grand experiment to come.

:The castle was a wonderland to us children. Within its walls, Ansem the Wise conducted his research, and the fruits it bore allowed everyone outside to live in peace and happiness. That alone was enough to stoke our interest, though not all of the rumors that escaped its walls were so benevolent. By night, the muffled sounds of human wails emerged. There was talk of dangerous human experimentation. Lea and I couldn't help but hatch a plot to steal inside and sate our curiosity.
:The two who stood guard at the gates were researchers themselves, though you wouldn't think it to see them, massive and barrel-chested as they were. And slipping past that duo was only the first hurdle. It proved one not easily cleared; we were found and tossed out on our ears, time and again.
:On the day we finally secured our entry, we descended the long spiral stair at the heart of the castle to find a dark space below it, lined with cages. There wasn't light enough to see if they were inhabited, and we were in no position to call out to any occupants within. Yet we could feel it. A definite presence, there in the black. Terror washed over us, and we immediately regretted coming. But just as we turned to flee, we heard the faintest of voices. The urge to run was nigh overpowering, but someone or something beckoned us on.

:And so we continued our infiltrations, most of them stopped short at the castle gates. When we did manage our way inside, we spoke with her. That was all the comfort two children like us could offer. But Lea had other ideas. He was determined to free her. We slipped into the castle that day knowing only that we wanted, with all our hearts, to save her.
:But we did not find her inside on that day or the next, or any of our subsequent visits. Had she been moved? Had we simply imagined her? Lea and I knew there was only one way to be certain. And so we stand before the castle gates today, not as trespassing children but in order to become Ansem the Wise's newest apprentices.

:Following my erasure and my recompletion as a human, I did not awaken right away. Perhaps the damage was exceptionally grave. Even after waking, I remained in bed, pondering my next course of action.
:In my work on the Replica Program for the Organization, I produced some twenty vessels. Most of the early results were failures, not one of them granted a number. The first success to emerge from that early lot was the Riku replica. Subsequently, Xion (No. i) was essentially indistinguishable from a natural human, though she became unstable due to the influence of others. Using those two as my foundation, I worked to construct a number of nigh-perfect replicas, but just as they neared completion, my efforts were cut short. I suspect Xehanort aims to use both the initial lot as well as the unused replicas from my later work.
:I arose today and decided to walk out in the square, my first outing in some time. Yet my stroll was interrupted when a surprising visitor appeared with an unexpected offer. Though younger than me, he'd risen to become Xemnas's right-hand. I accepted his terms and became a Nobody once more—easier to gain access to the old Replica Program that way.

:Several others who served Xemnas in the old Organization have followed the same course as mine, electing to abandon their newly restored humanity and rejoin the "real" Organization as Nobodies. But not Xemnas. Xemnas cannot exist in the present because there is already a Xehanort here: the old man in charge. The old man's humanity prevents his Heartless and Nobody, others vanquished in the past, and his younger self from being denizens of this time.
:To circumvent this, Xehanort is using the prototype replicas I created in the past as containers, plucking his other selves' hearts from the time they existed. Xehanort ordered me to refine the prototypes, to make them closer still to the real thing. Perfecting my creations so they may house true, flesh-and-blood humans suits my own purposes as well. All that remains for my atonement is to devise a way to pass on as many of the vessels as I can to those who truly deserve them.

:I have pored over the data my master entrusted to Riku. Here, I offer my preliminary conclusions.
:Within Sora's heart are three compartmentalized "boxes," each containing the heart of another. One box holds Roxas. Another holds a second heart that has been with Sora nearly as long. The third has held its heart for much longer. These hearts have melded with Sora's and no longer have voices of their own. Any attempt to mechanically extract them could prove as dire for Sora as what caused him to become a Heartless in the first place.
:First, a vessel for each heart must be readied. Then, a spark of some sort is required to induce its waking. Obviously, the ideal solution is to restore each heart to its own body, but (whatever the case for the two unknown individuals) Roxas possesses no such thing. The same is true for Naminé, who we believe resides in Kairi's heart. Still, if alternate bodies can be secured for them, all their hearts require to be awakened is that "spark"—people they cared for and who cared for them, who can show them the way home.
:Complete and perfect digitization of the heart is impossible. We can only hope to partially reconstruct it. Thus, I see no way forward but to extract the hearts we so desperately need from within Sora. Fortunately, the data stored in Twilight Town contains a near-perfect record of the memories of those who lived there—and for Roxas and Naminé especially, this is crucial.

:As for how to contain their hearts, the only conceivable option is the replicas. If we transfer in the digital memories from the Twilight Town archive, the replicas should be able to reconstruct each individual's human appearance with near-perfect results. Then, their hearts need only the right spark to wake them, so they may find their way out of Sora and Kairi and into those newly made bodies.
:The Replica Program was truly revolutionary, but it was incomplete at the time of the old Organization's dissolution. Without Even, how are we to further the research? We need only three replicas: one for Roxas, one for Naminé, and one for the unknown stowaway within Sora's heart.
:These are difficult quandaries, but as I work through my master's data, I find myself remembering the taste of ice cream. When I was a boy, he would bring me some when we took walks together. There will be time to regret my betrayal later. For now, my focus must be on restoring Roxas and Naminé and proving my master had good intentions.

:I have seen it through; the Keyblade War exactly as written on the Lost Page. Now, the Keyblade the Master entrusted to me must be bequeathed to another. Five Union leaders have been chosen from the surviving Dandelions. I will pass the Keyblade to one of them, and then continue watching the future unfold.
: Yet, it seems someone has pulled the old switcheroo. One of the Five is an imposter, someone the Master did not choose. They represent a virus in the program he so carefully wrote.
:The virus has begun a strange undertaking: a reckless plot to allow the Five to escape into another worldline. Surely such a thing can't be possible? We're talking about the same trick that allowed the Dandelions to transfer to other worldlines after the Keyblade War. But these children are no Masters. They haven't the means...unless, of course, a certain lady of magic summoned here from the future knows more than I do.

:Even on a worldline with no Keyblade War, peace is but a dream. In the absence of us and our Master, a "darkness" arrived—one that shall surely lead the World to yet another demise.
:Amid the chaos, I bequeathed my Keyblade to one of the Union leaders, just as the Master instructed. I watched as the Five were sent to another worldline—at no small cost—ensuring the line of Keyblade wielders will live on. And now, Keybladeless, I must depart this land to fulfill my final task. This means casting my own body aside and sojourning my heart in vessel after vessel—as many as it takes.
:But I will continue gazing upon each passing era, one unto the next. In time, be it years or decades, centuries or millennia, I will meet the Five once more.
:Somewhere in this cyclical history of bequeathings, a chosen one will appear and reenact the Keyblade War. When this scapegoat arrives and takes my Keyblade in hand, this will be the time to take the stage and finish my role.
:The Lost Masters will awaken.

:It seems this body, this name will be my last. The lives I have lived over the ages could fill volumes, but for now, I must focus on what matters most.
:The Keyblade has been successfully passed down, generation to generation, and it seems a Keyblade Master devoted to the darkness may finally arise. Until now, I have watched over the course of events from a distance. Perhaps the time has come to intervene. I need only play the role of a fool desirous of the Keyblade's power. I will don the mask of his ally in order to keep watch over my Keyblade from close by.
:The Gazing Eye: a Keyblade forged from the eye of the Master of Masters. He passed it to me, as I have to others, and through it he can see the future—all that will ever come to pass. Spanning the ages in body after body, life after life, my task has been to keep vigil over the Eye as it passes from hand to hand. It has been a long time. Longer than I can express.
:But now at last the Keyblade War has begun, and Kingdom Hearts will open—a true and complete Kingdom Hearts, born of the clash between darkness and light. I will soon be reunited with my old companions, and in that moment my long vigil will reach its end. He will return...

The Secret Reports are collectible documents in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Kingdom Hearts III.

Each is unlocked by completing all of the Challenge Missions (receiving at least one Challenge Sigil) for its corresponding day[citation needed] and achieving 100% completion on all missions on that day or range of days. The Secret Reports can be read in Roxas's Diary.

Note: These reports have been sorted by author here.

In Kingdom Hearts III, the Secret Reports are unlocked by finishing Battlegates.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days[edit]

Day 7: Meaning[edit]

Author: Xemnas

A name defines an object. Describes the span of it. Gives it purpose.
We embarked upon the Replica Program to ensure our new power stays ours. Now, our shadow puppet, "No. i," lives. It needs a name. Something to define it. To give the hollow vessel purpose.

Day 8: Roxas[edit]

Author: Axel

Seems like we're getting new members every day. No. XIII was a boy, Roxas. Now we've got a No. XIV, Xion.
Today's mission was to show Roxas the ropes. I feel like they've had me babysitting him since he got here. He's not a bad kid, but he's spacey. Good fighter, though. At least I won't be bored.

Day 9: On Track[edit]

Author: Saïx

Xion is being monitored. Roxas, meanwhile, has begun his training exercises.
It is imperative we keep Xion from having undue contact with Roxas until we are certain it will perform as expected—which will take another 10 days, if Vexen's convictions are to be trusted.
As for the Keyblade master, Marluxia will no doubt be keeping an eye on him.

Day 14: This Kid?[edit]

Author: Axel

Another mission with Roxas today. Is he seriously my responsibility? At least he's starting to talk like a normal person. Maybe that means his memory's coming back.
Still, this kid's supposed to be the Keyblade master's Nobody? I don't see it.

Day 15: How Dare They[edit]

Author: Larxene

Ugh! How DARE they shut me out of monitoring the Keyblade master! And then to send me off to teach that half-baked Nobody basic magic!?
I should've had him light ME on fire.
It won't be long now, though. Once I'm over at C.O., our plan goes into action. No more playing nanny. Ever.

Day 22: Castle Oblivion[edit]

Author: Axel

They pushed up the C.O. plan. Our little hero with the key must've made a move.
Me and his Nobody have been meeting up for ice cream the last few days. Not the best conversationalist, but at least he's mastered a few facial expressions besides "doom" and "gloom."
I told him about C.O., but he didn't seem to follow. Guess that's understandable.

Day 23: Research Entry 326[edit]

Author: Vexen

The Program is largely on target. No. i, my finest Replica, has proven an even greater success than anticipated.
I intend to take the other vessel—judged unfit for number status—to Castle Oblivion, where I will subject it to further testing.
One thing is clear: could these Replicas not be classified as a special sort of Nobody?

Day 24: The Upper Floors[edit]

Author: Zexion

Marluxia has succeeded in leading the Keyblade master to the castle.
I sense multiple threads at work, but details on each of the projects are scarce. I suspect some alleged Organization projects are secretly private machinations.
Marluxia seems especially suspect.

Day 25: Hollow Ties[edit]

Author: Lexaeus

Pressing Zexion for answers would be a waste of time. I know that, but this dearth of information is hard to accept. What's happening on the upper levels? What ought we be doing down here? They hug their truths close and leave the rest of us to speculate.
Zexion talks of the bond we share as an Organization, but how could such a thing exist? Still, he remains the only one I can trust.

Day 26: Axel's Actions[edit]

Author: Zexion

Simple deduction suggests Axel's outwardly inscrutable actions are the result of some directive from Saïx.
Why else eliminate Vexen? He simply wanted to do research. Did we not all stand to gain from the fruits of his Program? What is Axel thinking?

Day 27: Organization Dog[edit]

Author: Marluxia

Axel is in the way, though I don't know if he's aware of our plot. Vexen had no part in our plans - why eliminate him, assuming Axel's orders were to root out traitors to the Organization? Discerning his motives merits our full attention.

Day 28: Dealing with the Traitors[edit]

Author: Axel

I've uncovered most of what I need to know about the Replica Program, but where's the other one? I can't find any trace of it. ...Vexen was caught in the middle. Pitiable, but unavoidable. I could not risk his Program falling into their hands. Of greater concern are the traitors. Not the obvious turncoats, but the ones who will get in his and my way. The Keyblade master is not our enemy.

Day 50: Strange Feeling[edit]

Author: Xion

Roxas woke up today. I think he was dreaming the whole time.
Being with him feels strange. Familiar. Like listening to the waves crash up against the shore. But why?

Day 51: Measures Must Be Taken[edit]

Author: Saïx

The Replica Program continues apace, but something has gone wrong at Castle Oblivion. The Dusks returned with word that none of those we dispatched survived—but the news came in fragments. I still know too little to extract the truth.
I doubt Axel would be among those lost, but I must plan for the worst. First, I must locate the Keyblade master.

Day 52: Another Mission[edit]

Author: Axel

I've lost track of the Keyblade master and the other intruders. I'm the only one left in the castle. Everybody else has been destroyed. My orders were to end the traitors, but I think by this point, I fit that bill better than anybody.
There's one last thing I need to look into while I'm here.

Day 71: The Traitors' End[edit]

Author: Xigbar

Saïx had a hand in what went down at Castle Oblivion—well, more like a whole arm. Which means Axel was in on it as well.
It's a fact that Xemnas ordered Axel to take out the traitors, orders which went through Saïx. No specific names were given, but naturally Xemnas knew who the turncoats were right from the get-go.

Day 72: Human[edit]

Author: Axel

The longer you know someone, the less you need to speak in clear terms. Everything gets across with a wink and a nudge, a little reading between the lines...
When it comes to what befell our late comrades at Castle Oblivion, ambiguity suits me just fine.
But the Keyblade master and Roxas come out and say every little thing that comes to mind. Maybe that's human, or maybe they're just special.

Day 73: What Now?[edit]

Author: Xion

I lost the ability to use the Keyblade, and I have no idea why. I don't know what to do about it. About anything.
It happened suddenly, after Roxas woke up. If I can't collect hearts anymore, the Organization has no use for me. This is terrible.

Day 74: Xion's Face[edit]

Author: Axel

Honestly, I never got why Roxas was so crazy about Xion. I know they both joined up around the same time, and they're both rookies, but how do you get so close to somebody who hides their face all the time?
Well, I saw it today. All of a sudden, No. XIV up and takes off...her hood. Xion is a girl, and she looks just like Naminé.

Day 75: Gotta Do Something[edit]

Author: Xion

Roxas has been coming along on my missions to help out, since I can't use the Keyblade. Axel is covering for me, so I should be safe for now. But what am I going to do if I never get the Keyblade back? I can't lie forever.

Day 94: All Goes Apace[edit]

Author: Saïx

The hearts collected by our two Keyblade wielders, Roxas and Xion, have gathered together; and now, almighty Kingdom Hearts waxes large in the night sky.
Our efforts have come to bear fruit, nearly ripe for the plucking. All plans proceed smoothly—alarmingly so, in fact, though this is no time to be deterred by paranoia.

Day 95: My Past[edit]

Author: Xion

Neither Roxas or I have any memory of our human lives. I don't even remember my first days as a Nobody.
Roxas said he was the same, but I'm not so sure. For me, it's a total blank. I can't even remember the day I met Roxas, or Axel. It's all a blur.

Day 96: Friends[edit]

Author: Axel

Xion regained her ability to wield the Keyblade. I don't know how or why. Maybe there's more to the Keyblade master they're not telling me about.
I feel like I've been spending more time talking to Roxas and Xion lately than my old friend, Saïx. This has to have been what it was like, friendship.

Day 97: Sooo Bored[edit]

Author: Demyx

Every day it's work, work, work. I'm dead bored, and I'd kill for some vacay.
A Nobody needs his rest, am I right? And when I get it, it's gonna be nothing but me and my sitar. Sigh...

Day 117: Him and Roxas[edit]

Author: Xigbar

Roxas is maturing at an impressive rate. His face, the way he handles the Keyblade, it's all exactly the same.
The worlds seem so divided and alone, but there's always that steady thread there to connect them. And we Nobodies can never escape the things we did as humans. So it goes.

Day 118: You Changed, Not Me[edit]

Author: Axel

Talking to Roxas and Xion always brings back memories of my human life, back when I was a kid. It's a weird sensation.
I ought to be able to share all this with Saïx, but I just don't feel like it anymore. It's strange, but I'm content with just missing what's gone.
I'm not the one who changed. You did.

Day 119: Hearts and Emotion[edit]

Author: Xaldin

Watching that foolish beast flail about only deepens my disdain for humans and their incessant need to be pinned down by feelings.
We became Nobodies precisely to avoid the shackles of emotion. It was only later that we realized the scale of that loss: that some things simply cannot be done without a heart.
Nonetheless, I see nary a pleasant thing about it.

Day 149: He's the Sham[edit]

Author: Xion

That man wearing the Organization's coat—that jerk! He's too powerful. I can't beat him unless I get stronger.
And I'm not a sham. I'M NOT. He is. He's the one pretending to be something he isn't!

Day 150: Dealing with Xion[edit]

Author: Saïx

As expected, the Duplicate is starting to show its limits. The Program showed promise, but a puppet is just a puppet: something to be toyed with until it breaks.
I am utterly at a loss as to what Roxas and Axel see in that thing. How best to dispose of it merits my consideration going forward.

Day 151: These Dreams[edit]

Author: Xion

I wasn't ready to see Roxas again. I can't help but compare us. We both use the Keyblade, but we're so different.
Does he dream? It seems like that's all I do anymore. Last night I dreamt of the ocean. I was drowning.

Day 152: Like a Real Person[edit]

Author: Axel

Roxas and Xion must have had it out over something. Knowing them, it's something dumb, but still.
Watching them, it's like they're human. It's messing with my head.
I kind of wonder if Roxas understood all that about the wrong buttons. I get the sense a lot of it went right over his head.

Day 153: This Is Gonna Be a Hit![edit]

Author: Demyx

I've got me a new hit single!
X-face is always barking at me to work, but what's he expect me to do against a monster like that? I mean, stop and think about skill sets when you divide up the labor already!

Day 171: The No. i Project[edit]

Author: Saïx

Xion failed to complete its mission. If this continues, destroying it and using the next Replica as the Duplicate would undoubtedly yield a higher-grade copy.
No. i was among the initial lot, which naturally raises questions about its capabilities. At present, it is nothing short of broken. I cannot fathom why Xemnas would want to keep it.

Day 172: Meaning Behind the Words[edit]

Author: Axel

There has to be something to what Saïx said. Why isn't Xion qualified to be one of us? He said to just look at her, but at what? The fact that she looks like Naminé?
Xion and Naminé must be connected. Whose Nobody is Xion, anyway? What is Saïx hiding?

Day 173: The Gamble[edit]

Author: Luxord

I find myself envying the children. Perhaps some fundamental difference exists between those who become Nobodies as adults and otherwise.
The longer you have lived, the more you are positioned to lose with such a gamble. But a child can look forward, unafraid even in the face of immeasurable odds. I doubt they even see life as a gamble the way we do.

Day 174: Just a Replica[edit]

Author: Saïx

Xion continues to sleep. All analysis on its function suggests no marked change. The copying appears to be working, but a Replica is a Replica. My latest report to Xemnas on this net me no clear answers. He simply stood, smiling. At times I find his thinking impenetrable.

Day 193: Dreams, or Memories?[edit]

Author: Xion

I finally wake up, just to pass out again? Why? Because I'm a failure? I dreamt the whole while I was out. It was something nostalgic, but what? Why can't I remember? It could be a key memory from my human life. All I can remember is the sound of waves, gentle, in the distance.

Day 194: The Replica[edit]

Author: Axel

I thought I'd never see the word "replica" again.
But my questions remain unanswered. Who is she a Replica of? Naminé? Kairi? Or perhaps someone entirely different? Why did the Organization admit her into this membership? And why would such a fine Replica fall unconscious or sporadically lose its command of the Keyblade?

Day 224: Xion[edit]

Author: Axel

Even if Xion is a replica—a puppet—she's still Xion. I understand that in my head, but how do I interact with her now? Riku Replica was just a tool, but I can't just use Xion. No, I was wrong to have just used Riku Replica in the first place. How is a man-made puppet any less worthy than a Nobody that was never meant to exist at all?
They're both ambiguous.

Day 225: Secrets About Me[edit]

Author: Xion

My body feels heavy, and my head aches. I'm too busy dreaming to get any rest from sleep. Axel knows something. He's hiding some secret. It must be in Castle Oblivion. That's where I was born.

Day 255: Final Stages[edit]

Author: Xemnas

Xion's appearance should vary based on the relation of the viewer to her. Saïx sees her simply as a puppet. The Program approaches completion. Through Roxas, Xion is assembling a copy of the hero of the Keyblade. As proof, she sometimes appears to take on his form to my eyes.

Day 256: Who We Each See[edit]

Author: Xigbar

Xion's disappearance is fascinating. If she really is breaking from our control, it's a sign of her approaching the essence of the hero. It seems Saïx doesn't truly "see" her. I'm curious to know how she appears to the others. I see her as...him, though I suspect that Xemnas sees entirely something else in her.

Day 257: In the Cards[edit]

Author: Luxord

The air is charged. I can feel it. You go out on a big gamble at a time like this, and you're going to lose big. That said, it's betting against the worst odds that nets you the biggest win. I'm eager to see how this hand plays out.

Day 276: Behind the Truth[edit]

Author: Axel

Xion is gone. Roxas still doesn't know anything, but Xion found out. That's why I need to find her. We don't have hearts, so we accept the facts we're given as the truth. But something far more important lies behind that truth. Saïx would laugh at people with no hearts calling one another friends, but that doesn't make it not so.
As the Nobody of the hero of the Keyblade and the Replica of that Nobody, these two are special. Unique in every sense of the word. But that doesn't change the fact that we're friends. Nothing will. Got it memorized, Xion?

Day 277: True Agenda[edit]

Author: Saïx

Axel and Roxas are up to something. No plot they concoct will change the fact that the Organization has cast off Xion, though. Our plans have split, diverged, and advance now to the next stage. The No. i project and Replica Program merely paved the way. Our true goals lie elsewhere.

Day 296: Hidden Truths[edit]

Author: Xigbar

None of us really know everything that's going on in Castle Oblivion. Some rooms even Xemnas doesn't know about. Not many are even aware that Xion was born there. I wonder if the truth about that place will ever surface.

Day 297: Contact with Riku[edit]

Author: Axel

The man they're calling the impostor, that fake Organization member? It's Riku. Roxas could very well remember that, somewhere deep in his memories. Still, it's too soon to report this. I need to know why Xion was with him first. If she's siding with the hero, it could easily mean her erasure. What are you planning to do, Xion?

Day 298: Change of Plans[edit]

Author: Saïx

Axel failed to report that the impostor and Xion are working together. Instead, that news came from Roxas. The boy is far more easily handled than Axel, but now Axel has captured Xion and returned her to us. His motives are impossible to read. Our plans can be altered if necessary, but doing so can only delay their realization.

Day 299: The Value of a Lie[edit]

Author: Axel

Roxas doesn't trust me after the whole Xion incident, but I can't tell him the truth yet. So I keep lying. It's no big deal when you're a Nobody. There's no guilt, no feeling at all. So why does it still sting, just a little, when I lie to him? All my dealings with Roxas give me this bizarre illusion of humanity.

Day 300: Us and the Sunset[edit]

Author: Xion

We watched the sun set today. The three of us. I didn't think we'd ever be able to do that again. It's like that dream I had—the one where I was by the shore with Roxas and Axel, watching the sun set over the water. I just want to stay with them. But how? What should I do?

Day 301: Xion or Roxas?[edit]

Author: Axel

Xion is burning through missions at full tilt. She seems frantic. Why, I don't know. And speaking of, I still don't know what to say to Roxas. Even without my orders from Saïx, I'd do anything to stop Roxas from being erased. I just don't know if I can stand by and let that happen to Xion, either.

Day 321: My Place[edit]

Author: Xion

Axel's always helping me out, so I just assumed he would again. How long has he known about me? Maybe since long before we met in Castle Oblivion. But he told me to think for myself. I was so happy. But now, as I get stronger, Roxas keeps getting weaker.
I shouldn't exist anymore. They say that Nobodies were never meant to exist, but I'm the real affront. But before I'm gone, I want to help Roxas and Axel. Even just a little. I think the boy I saw today is the same Sora from my memories.

Day 322: The Plan[edit]

Author: Xemnas

Be they a puppet or the hero's Nobody, we merely need a functional Keyblade master. The details are unimportant. The puppet has developed to a point where the hero of the Keyblade may be entirely redundant. Indeed, perhaps we ought never allow Sora to awaken. He cannot be controlled. He will rise up against us. We must move our agenda ahead with that firmly in mind.

Day 352: What I Must Do[edit]

Author: Xion

Riku gave me this time.
I wish the three of us could stay together, just like this, forever.
But I have to end this. I'll never forget today's sunset. Even if Roxas and Axel do, I won't forget.

Day 353: A Future That Never Was[edit]

Author: Axel

I couldn't tell Xion she was wrong, and I can't bring myself to end her. But it's either that, or I have to erase Roxas. There's no future where the three of us can sit around and eat ice cream. I know Roxas will never understand. I don't want to acknowledge it myself.

Day 354: Where I Belong[edit]

Author: Xion

I wanted to see Roxas one more time, but couldn't. What would I say? Did I ever really exist? Even if not, I just hope that those times we spent watching the sun set were real. I know Naminé will tell me how to get back where I belong. I should hurry to see her.

Day 355: Mind[edit]

Author: Xigbar

The gears of Xemnas' plans have begun to spin wild since the loss of half our membership at Castle Oblivion. The results are there, but can this state of affairs fairly be called a success? If Kingdom Hearts can be said to possess a mind of its own, it is surely rejecting Xemnas—no, rejecting Xehanort. Roxas left the Organization today.

Day 356: Unforeseen Events[edit]

Author: Saïx

Our plans never accounted for the possibility of both Xion and Roxas leaving. How did this come to pass? When did Roxas grow strong enough to outmuscle me? What were you really after, Lea? We joined the Organization at the same time, and formulated our plan. At this point, it's just an idle fantasy. Everything changed. You, and me.

Day 357: To My Best Friend[edit]

Roxas left.

Day 358: Goals[edit]

Author: Xemnas

With luck, we can bring Roxas back into our fold, but even if Sora should awaken, as the hero of the Keyblade, he is bound to keep unlocking hearts. If he should come to target us, we need simply subdue him and use his powers ourselves once more. I must become one with Kingdom Hearts. I will become a higher existence. All of my true ambitions begin there.

Secret Report 1: Recollections[edit]

Secret Report 1 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 1 at the Courtyard.
Am I alive?
I awoke in a cell, alone until the researchers came with their tests and their prodding to uncover my identity.
I had no answer to offer them. Four friends, and a key...that is the sum total of my memory. I could not even recall my name. I was simply called "X" there. My only solace was the time I spent talking with the two boys who would visit from time to time.
One day, a man came to take me from the prison. I could not see him for the darkness, save that he wore an eyepatch. Even now, years on, I feel no closer to understanding who or what I am.
May my heart be my guiding key.

Secret Report 2: Mark of Mastery Journal[edit]

Secret Report 2 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 2 at the Apex.
Some days have passed since I set off on my journey to prepare for the Mark of Mastery examination. Eraqus asked for leave to undertake the same pilgrimage, but apparently I am to be the first to tour the worlds written of in the old fairy tales.
Until a few short years ago, I'd known only my own world, a speck of land surrounded by sea. But how I'd dreamed of, yearned for the World beyond... And, granted guidance from the future, I left that nest behind. As I treaded the path to my master's side, I came in contact with darkness in many forms. I knew even then, as by instinct: terrifying as its power was, it could be harnessed. Mastered.
Eraqus is a blueblood, descended from the very first masters in the age of fairy tales. But I did not come this far to indulge in adulation. I will be his peer. His equal. And to do that, I must learn to wield the power born from both darkness and light in proper balance.

Secret Report 3: Experiments of the Heart – Notes on Subject X, Excerpt 1[edit]

Secret Report 3 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 3 at The Old Mansion.
Subject was found in the central square shortly after dawn.
After his initial experiments on me, Ansem the Wise ceased his research into the heart, his hand stayed by some fear I cannot fathom. Yet this new subject is like me: devoid of memories. She is the perfect sample upon which to continue my master's work. She, too, could benefit from it; by traversing the heart, we have a direct path into memory. I myself have begun to reclaim my lost past thanks to these very experiments.
Who is she? Whence has she come? These are questions no scientist could ignore. And the words she muttered, "May your heart be your guiding key"...

Secret Report 4: Experiments of the Heart – Notes on Subject X, Excerpt 2[edit]

Secret Report 4 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 4 at the Kid Korral.
Subject's memories have not returned, and our conversations remain less than lucid. What fragments can be gleaned evoke a bygone world, like one out of fairy tales. As improbable as it seems, the question may not be where she has come from, but when. If she truly has crossed through time, the prospect of probing her heart is all the more compelling.
My pilot studies used a handful of subjects, but none possessed the fortitude to endure them. Ultimately, all suffered mental collapse. I knew it would be a heavy blow to lose a subject as unique as she.
Upon discovering the tests I've been conducting, my master demanded that I cease my work immediately and destroy what research I have compiled. Worse still, he ordered the release of my remaining subjects. She is gone.
Where is Subject X now? Has "wise" Master Ansem hidden her away? Whatever the case, I will not be deterred. I will take her place as the first subject in the grand experiment to come.

Secret Report 5: Memoirs, Excerpt 1[edit]

Secret Report 5 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 5 at the Main Floor: 1F.
The castle was a wonderland to us children.
The two who stood guard at the gates were researchers themselves, though you wouldn't think it to see them, massive and barrel-chested as they were. And slipping past that duo was only the first hurdle. It proved one not easily cleared; we were found and tossed out on our ears, time and again.
On the day we finally secured our entry, we descended the long spiral stair at the heart of the castle to find a dark space below it, lined with cages.
There, framed by a tenuous sliver of light, we found her.

Secret Report 6: Memoirs, Excerpt 2[edit]

Secret Report 6 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 6 at the Wetlands.
It was too dim to make out her features. We spoke to her in hushed whispers. Who was she? Why was she imprisoned here? She had no answers for us. Had no memories at all. She was an enigma, but I knew I wanted to help her.
And so we continued our infiltrations, most of them stopped short at the castle gates. When we did manage our way inside, we spoke with her. That was all the comfort two children like us could offer. But Lea had other ideas. He was determined to free her. We slipped into the castle that day knowing only that we wanted, with all our hearts, to save her.
But we did not find her inside on that day or the next, or any of our subsequent visits. Had she been moved? Had we simply imagined her? Lea and I knew there was only one way to be certain. And so we stand before the castle gates today, not as trespassing children but in order to become Ansem the Wise's newest apprentices.

Secret Report 7: On the Replica Program and Reanimation[edit]

Secret Report 7 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 7 at the Hills.
Following my erasure and my recompletion as a human, I did not awaken right away. Perhaps the damage was exceptionally grave. Even after waking, I remained in bed, pondering my next course of action.
In my work on the Replica Program for the Organization, I produced some twenty vessels.
I arose today and decided to walk out in the square, my first outing in some time. Yet my stroll was interrupted when a surprising visitor appeared with an unexpected offer. Though younger than me, he'd risen to become Xemnas's right-hand. I accepted his terms and became a Nobody once more—easier to gain access to the old Replica Program that way.
Whatever it takes to atone.

Secret Report 8: The "Real" Organization[edit]

Secret Report 8 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 8 at the Tank Yard.
Xehanort seeks to gather twelve vessels, which—together with his true, actual self—he considers the "real" Organization XIII. Now that he has the numbers he needs, Demyx and I are being treated as reserves.
Several others who served Xemnas in the old Organization have followed the same course as mine, electing to abandon their newly restored humanity and rejoin the "real" Organization as Nobodies. But not Xemnas. Xemnas cannot exist in the present because there is already a Xehanort here: the old man in charge. The old man's humanity prevents his Heartless and Nobody, others vanquished in the past, and his younger self from being denizens of this time.
To circumvent this, Xehanort is using the prototype replicas I created in the past as containers, plucking his other selves' hearts from the time they existed.

Secret Report 9: Ansem Code Conspectus, Excerpt 1[edit]

Secret Report 9 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 9 at the Middle Tier.
I have pored over the data my master entrusted to Riku. Here, I offer my preliminary conclusions.
Within Sora's heart are three compartmentalized "boxes," each containing the heart of another.
First, a vessel for each heart must be readied.
Complete and perfect digitization of the heart is impossible.

Secret Report 10: Ansem Code Conspectus, Excerpt 2[edit]

Secret Report 10 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 10 at the Huddled Isles.
As for how to contain their hearts, the only conceivable option is the replicas. If we transfer in the digital memories from the Twilight Town archive, the replicas should be able to reconstruct each individual's human appearance with near-perfect results. Then, their hearts need only the right spark to wake them, so they may find their way out of Sora and Kairi and into those newly made bodies.
The Replica Program was truly revolutionary, but it was incomplete at the time of the old Organization's dissolution. Without Even, how are we to further the research? We need only three replicas: one for Roxas, one for Naminé, and one for the unknown stowaway within Sora's heart.
These are difficult quandaries, but as I work through my master's data, I find myself remembering the taste of ice cream. When I was a boy, he would bring me some when we took walks together. There will be time to regret my betrayal later. For now, my focus must be on restoring Roxas and Naminé and proving my master had good intentions.

Secret Report 11: Observations, Excerpt 1[edit]

Secret Report 11 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 11 at the North District.
I have seen it through; the Keyblade War exactly as written on the Lost Page. Now, the Keyblade the Master entrusted to me must be bequeathed to another. Five Union leaders have been chosen from the surviving Dandelions. I will pass the Keyblade to one of them, and then continue watching the future unfold.
Yet, it seems someone has pulled the old switcheroo. One of the Five is an imposter, someone the Master did not choose. They represent a virus in the program he so carefully wrote.
The virus has begun a strange undertaking: a reckless plot to allow the Five to escape into another worldline. Surely such a thing can't be possible? We're talking about the same trick that allowed the Dandelions to transfer to other worldlines after the Keyblade War. But these children are no Masters. They haven't the means...unless, of course, a certain lady of magic summoned here from the future knows more than I do.
The whole Union leader thing was supposed to be by the books. Are these new events just another phase in the Master's grand plan?

Secret Report 12: Observations, Excerpt 2[edit]

Secret Report 12 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 12 at the Central District.
Even on a worldline with no Keyblade War, peace is but a dream. In the absence of us and our Master, a "darkness" arrived—one that shall surely lead the World to yet another demise.
Amid the chaos, I bequeathed my Keyblade to one of the Union leaders, just as the Master instructed. I watched as the Five were sent to another worldline—at no small cost—ensuring the line of Keyblade wielders will live on. And now, Keybladeless, I must depart this land to fulfill my final task. This means casting my own body aside and sojourning my heart in vessel after vessel—as many as it takes.
But I will continue gazing upon each passing era, one unto the next. In time, be it years or decades, centuries or millennia, I will meet the Five once more.
Somewhere in this cyclical history of bequeathings, a chosen one will appear and reenact the Keyblade War. When this scapegoat arrives and takes my Keyblade in hand, this will be the time to take the stage and finish my role.
The Lost Masters will awaken.

Secret Report 13: Observations, Excerpt 3[edit]

Secret Report 13 is obtained after clearing Battlegate 13 at The Badlands.
It seems this body, this name will be my last. The lives I have lived over the ages could fill volumes, but for now, I must focus on what matters most.
The Keyblade has been successfully passed down, generation to generation, and it seems a Keyblade Master devoted to the darkness may finally arise. Until now, I have watched over the course of events from a distance. Perhaps the time has come to intervene. I need only play the role of a fool desirous of the Keyblade's power. I will don the mask of his ally in order to keep watch over my Keyblade from close by.
The Gazing Eye: a Keyblade forged from the eye of the Master of Masters. He passed it to me, as I have to others, and through it he can see the future—all that will ever come to pass. Spanning the ages in body after body, life after life, my task has been to keep vigil over the Eye as it passes from hand to hand. It has been a long time. Longer than I can express.
But now at last the Keyblade War has begun, and Kingdom Hearts will open—a true and complete Kingdom Hearts, born of the clash between darkness and light. I will soon be reunited with my old companions, and in that moment my long vigil will reach its end. He will return...
