James P. Sullivan, also known as Sulley, is a CEO and former top-scarer introduced in Kingdom Hearts III. He is in charge of the Monster's, Inc. energy corporation that supplies power to Monstropolis, assisted by his old friend Mike Wazowski, but comes into conflict with his former coworker, Randall Boggs. He originated from the Disney/Pixar film, Monsters, Inc.

Origin
James P. "Sulley" Sullivan first appeared in the 2001 Pixar film Monsters, Inc., voiced by John Goodman. He is the "Top Scarer" at Monsters, Inc. One day, a girl sneaks into the facility and he tries to hide her from the other monsters. He nicknames her Boo and Sulley grows attached to her while Mike wants to get rid of her.
