Rapunzel is a character from the Kingdom of Corona who is set to appear in Kingdom Hearts III. She originated in the Disney film, Tangled.
Story

Appearance
Rapunzel is a young woman with long (quite the understatement) blonde hair and green eyes.
Personality
Rapunzel is kind. Due to her sheltered lifestyle, she often comes across as socially awkward.
Origin
Rapunzel first appeared in the Disney animated film Tangled in 2010, voiced by Mandy Moore.
In Tangled, Rapunzel is portrayed as a young woman who has been imprisoned by a woman named Mother Gothel for essentially all her life, due to Gothel wanting to use the magical powers of Rapunzel's hair to live as long as possible. Rapunzel ends up being rescued by a young man named Flynn Rider and they go on a journey to find the source of the lanterns which appear on Rapunzel's birthday each year.
Trivia
- In Tangled, Rapunzel is voiced by Mandy Moore, who also voiced Aerith in the original Kingdom Hearts. It is unknown if Mandy Moore will reprise the role.
