Journal Entry

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days

These mid-sized flying Heartless can blink out when struck, avoiding damage and teleporting to a new location.
Deflect their head-butts with a block to knock them out and leave them vulnerable to attack.

Etymology

An elegy is a song set to a melancholy tone, usually to mourn.

Strategy

The Sapphire Elegy is an annoyance to battle, as its ability to warp around the battlefield makes attacks difficult to land. It also has a large amount of HP, thus there is quite a bit that must be done to take one of these Heartless down. They like to team up with others of their kind, using them to serve as a distraction while they float peacefully along the sidelines of the fight. While they are not all-out offensive, they can swipe at those who battle it as a means of knocking them away. They do, however, drop a large amount of HP Balls and Munny, something much-needed after a long battle. They also have a chance of dropping any one of the three Rune Tech Items. Blizzard spells do decent damage to them, as well as keep them in one place for the length of the spell.
