It is capable of using Blizzard magic by striking with ice crystals from afar. They float around while attacking, which is crucial for one to finish them quickly. They can release a powerful Blizzard attack with a countdown, but can be powerfully reflected with the Reaction Command Clear Shot. Naturally, they are immune to Blizzard magic.
