Defeating them may prove to be difficult, since they mostly attack you from afar. Should it feel threatened, it will seal itself inside its box, similar to a "jack-in-a-box". Occasionally, it will seal itself up the moment it recovers from its attacks. It has a Jack-O-Lantern form that it shares with the Graveyard Heartless.

It merely sits and waits for the enemy to come closer, so attack from afar.
When it turns into a box, it begins to attack from a distance, making it impossible to close in on.
