These mid-sized Heartless begin a countdown to self-detonation if you deflect their head-butts with a block.
Avoid being sucked in by the whirlwind they produce during the countdown by jumping or gliding away.

Strategy

The Storm Bomb begins a countdown to detonation if its headbutt attack is blocked. During the countdown, it creates an Aero-attribute vortex that pulls you in, making it difficult to escape its explosion. Be sure to glide away when this begins.
