The actual Heartless is simply three Maccarons piled on each other, with the emblem on the lowest one, and the eyes on the middle. It appears to be held together by a stick protruding from the topmost Maccaron. Both the bottom and middle cookies appear to be leaking a chocolate-like liquid.
