Disney Town is the town surrounding Disney Castle. It is made up of the Main Plaza (メイン会場 Mein Kaijō?, lit. "Main Venue"), which is a small plaza in the middle of the town with a pavilion in the center surrounded by buildings. The Ice Cream Beat mini-game is hosted here, as is Huey, Dewey, and Louie's Ice Cream Shop. The area also has a closed door that leads to the Castle. To the left of this door is an exit to the Raceway (レース会場前 Rēsu Kaijō Mae?, lit. "Race Venue Anterior"). The Raceway is part of the Rumble Racing mini-game, and has an exit on one end that leads to Raceway Registration (レース受付 Rēsu Uketsuke?, lit. "Race Reception"), where Chip and Dale register racers. On the other end of the area is an exit to the Fruitball Court (フルーツボール広場 Furūtsubōru Hiroba?, lit. "Fruitball Square"), where Horace Horsecollar hosts the Fruitball mini-game. It connects back to the Main Plaza through a path with a banner that reads "Fruit Scatter". In the Main Plaza, to the right of the door to Disney Castle is an open manhole that leads to the underground Gizmo Gallery (からくり部屋 Karakuribeya?, lit. "Gizmo Room"), filled with gears and other contraptions. An exit at the top of the gallery leads to Pete's Rec Room (ピートの遊技場 Pīto no Yūgi-ba?, lit. "Pete's Game Room"), accessed by turning on the machine in the gallery by using Thunder-based techniques on the meter. Pete's Rec Room is highlighted by a huge pinball machine, which has an exit at the top leading to the rooftop of a building in the Raceway.

The Rumble Racing mini-game has a total of four tracks that go around different parts of Disney Town. The first track, Country Chase, is located a bit outside of town towards the fields. The second track, Disney Drive, starts of out on the countryside, takes detour into town via some tunnels, before heading back to the countryside again. The third track, Grand Spree, is more or less the same track as the last, but in reverse. The final track, Castle Circuit, take place within Disney Castle, as well as the tunnels underneath it.

Story

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

In Disney Town, a festival called the "Dream Festival" is being held by Minnie. Many events are held at this festival, and whoever gains the most popularity votes is awarded with the Million Dreams Award.

After being handed a Disney Town Pass by Ventus, Terra stops by at Disney Town. Upon his arrival, he sees a group of Unversed on the racing course of "Rumble Racing". He attempts to go after them, only to almost be run over by Pete in his vehicle, posing as "Captain Dark". Luckily, Minnie alerts Terra just in time for him to avoid it. Minnie, Chip, and Dale suggest that Terra participates in the race as a means to stop the Unversed without breaking the rules. Participating in the race allows Terra to discover that he may not need to give in to the darkness in order to achieve his goals, that following the rules may give him the same accomplishment. He also receives votes from Chip and Dale.

If Terra receives the Million Dreams Award, he is presented the "Rockin' Crunch Ice Cream".

Ventus is immediately greeted by Pete, posing as "Captain Justice". He tells him of the Dream Festival, and then becomes distracted by Huey, Dewey, and Louie, who are trying unsuccessfully to make ice-cream with a machine left by Scrooge McDuck. After Pete's multiple failed attempts to fix it, Ventus offers to try. After a few keystrokes, he finally sets it right.

Aqua is greeted by Pete posing as Captain Justice, just as she arrives in town. Horace Horsecollar comes yelling for help after the Unversed infest the "Fruitball" Area. Aqua volunteers to help after Pete runs away in fear of battling monsters. After she defeats the Unversed, Minnie appears to thank her. Horace introduces her as the queen and Aqua bows to show her respect, but she tells her to not be so formal. After Minnie explains the Dream Festival and how Pete has been attempting to win others' votes, Horace votes Aqua as his hero.

At the Million Dreams Award presentation, Minnie announce that either Terra, Ventus, or Aqua has won. Pete storms onstage, outraged that his attempts to rig the competition has failed. In spite of Minnie's attempts to reason with him, Pete derides it all, prompting Minnie to banish him to the Lanes Between. Afterwards, Minnie rewards the winner with the Million Dream Awards.

In the Lanes Between, Pete rants his predicament when Maleficent contacts him offering to release him in exchange for serving her to conquer all worlds. Pete accepts her proposal and enters a corridor of darkness summoned by Maleficent.

Sometime after the battle with Xehanort, Huey, Louie, and Dewey have a race on the Rumble Race ground while Minnie, Pluto, Chip, Dale, and Horace Horsecollar watch. Huey is victorious.
