The Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee is an organization seen in Kingdom Hearts II. The organization consists of Seifer, Fuu, Rai, and Vivi, with Seifer being the group's leader.
Story
Kingdom Hearts II
The Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee is rarely mentioned in-game. The first mention is during Roxas's portion of the game during Day Three. After defeating the Dusks who originally were chasing Roxas, Seifer threatens to take "disciplinary measures" against the invaders unless they obey the town's rules. Rai applauds this, claiming Seifer is constantly looking out for the benefit of the town. During Sora's second visit to Twilight Town, Sora saves Seifer, Fuu, and Rai from the Nobodies. Despite being saved, Seifer orders the group to leave town, branding the trio as trouble makers.

The Disciplinary Committee originated in Final Fantasy VIII. Similar in both leader and membership, the Disciplinary Committee was created to enforce each Garden's rules among the students.
