The Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee is an organization seen in Kingdom Hearts II. The organization consists of Seifer, Fuu, Rai, and Vivi, with Seifer being the group's leader.
Story

The Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee is rarely mentioned in-game. The first mention is during Roxas's portion of the game during Day Three. After defeating the Dusks who originally were chasing Roxas, Seifer threatens to take "disciplinary measures" against the invaders unless they obey the town's rules.
