Synopsis[edit]

Having arrived at where the Cornerstone of Light was in an effort to protect it Sora, Donald, and Goofy finds it missing and they hurry to find it. Pete who has captured the cornerstone contemplates dropping it into the river when Past Pete dragging Past Mickey Mouse appears to confront Pete. The two Petes get into a fight which Pete wins. The trio then shows up and in an effort to slow them Pete summons Heartless allowing him to drop the cornerstone into the river. Past Pete not liking Pete throwing things into his river punches Pete and dives in after it. Pete out of breath after recovering from the punch when confronted by Sora, Donald, and Goofy makes a mad dash for his door making it through, but Sora locks it from the other side preventing Pete from returning to the past. Maleficent discovering Pete back so soon assumes he completed his mission and Pete lies saying he did. Recovering after fishing the cornerstone out of the lake, Past Pete gives the trio the Cornerstone of Light and tells them he doesn’t wanna see it in his river and sails away. Setting the cornerstone back in the proper place the trio return to the present in which all the thorns have vanished. Queen Minnie and Daisy Duck are thrilled that the thorns have vanished and are happily reunited with the trio. Having resolved the issue Mickey thanks them from afar. Maleficent learning of Pete's failure is furious. Leaving Disney Castle Sora reaffirms his goal of bringing peace to the worlds so that The King and Riku can go home and so Queen Minnie and Kairi wont be lonely waiting any longer.
