"The 13th Anthology" is six minutes and 38 seconds long. While the medley is re-orchestrated, the instrumentation generally parallels that of the original tracks, with an emphasis on piano and violin.

*The 13th Struggle; The boss theme of all Organization members in Chain of Memories, except for Marluxia, repeated for Axel and Luxord in Kingdom Hearts II. Plays at 1:01.

This introduction transitions into sections based on various boss themes of Organization members: "[[The 13th Struggle]]", "[[The 13th Reflection]]", and "[[The 13th Dilemma]]". The final song to be introduced is "[[Lord of the Castle]]", the final boss theme of [[Marluxia]] in ''[[Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories]]''. Following, the melody of "Another Side" returns in the track's conclusion.
