Kanga's ears are quite large and her neck is rather long. She has beady black eyes and a black nose.

She briefly appears at Christopher Robin's house in the beginning, and later appears when Pooh is stuck in [[Rabbit]]'s front door to give Pooh a bouquet a Honeysuckle as a gift and to help pull Pooh out of the hole when he budges.

Tigger returns this kindness by treated her respectfully, being one of the few characters he doesn't regularly bounce. Kanga is the most level-headed member of the Hundred Acre Wood, rarely jumping to conclusions and assessing situations with common sense, though sometimes giving in to superstition and an inner sense of mischief. She is also very kind and loving towards everyone, to the point of being doting towards Roo especially.
