Sora, Donald, and Goofy try to close the door, but it is too heavy. [[Riku]] appears from the other side of the door to help close it. Episode 42: Beyond the Door, also called Episode 42: Behind the Door, is the forty-second chapter in the Kingdom Hearts manga.

Story[edit]
Ansem, Seeker of Darkness opens the door to Kingdom Hearts, to absorb the darkness within. Sora, Donald, and Goofy try to stop him, but are held back by the darkness. Then, Sora exclaims that there is always a light inside a heart, so Kingdom Hearts has to be light, as well. A blinding light comes through the door, evaporating Ansem.
