Roxas snaps out of the dream he was having, and learns that he has beaten Vivi and won the tournament and now gets to fight Setzer. Roxas spots a man in a black coat in an alley, but he disappears. Now comes the battle with Setzer...
Roxas is awoken from the memories by Hayner, who asks if he was dreaming. He shoves the Struggle Trophy in his hand, claiming he won, as a dazed Vivi looks around. Roxas notices a man in a black coat, but when he looks again, the man is gone. Roxas prepares himself for the title match against Setzer.

We cut to the aftermath, where it's revealed that Roxas won. He give each of his friends a crystal orb from his trophy, while Olette give all her friends an ice block. As Roxas eats his, he notices that it's slipping off. His attempt to catch it causes him to fall off the clock tower.
At the clock tower, Hayner fastens the Champion Belt on Roxas, and Roxas pulls the four Crystal Orbs from the trophy, handing one to each of them. Olette treats them all to Sea-salt ice cream. As Roxas looks at his Crystal Orb, his ice cream starts to slide from his hand. Pence warns him, which causes Roxas to slip and fall down. While falling, he sees a vision of a girl, who he thinks is Naminé.

Meanwhile, on the Destiny Islands, a girl, Kairi, is walking home from school with her friend Selphie. It turns out that Kairi has isolated herself from the island she and her friend Riku used to play on, due to her missing memories of another boy, whom Selphie does not even know about, and refuses to go back until she finally remembers him. Kairi then develops a strange headache and passes out. She regains conscious, and runs towards the beach.
Selphie calls to Kairi to wait, so they can walk home together. Selphie asks if she wants to go to the island, but Kairi explains she won't go there until she remembers a boy she used to play with. Kairi collapses on the ground, as she connects with Roxas while he falls.

Story[edit]

Roxas is awoken from the memories by Hayner, who asks if he was dreaming. He shoves the Struggle Trophy in his hand, claiming he won, as a dazed Vivi looks around. Roxas notices a man in a black coat, but when he looks again, the man is gone. Roxas prepares himself for the title match against Setzer.

Selphie calls to Kairi to wait, so they can walk home together. Selphie asks if she wants to go to the island, but Kairi explains she won't go there until she remembers a boy she used to play with. Kairi collapses on the ground, as she connects with Roxas while he falls.
