"Vanitas Remnant" is listed as "Vanitas's Lingering Spirit" based on its battle tagline (pg. 181).
"Unknown" is listed as "Mysterious Figure" based on its battle tagline (pg. 183).
At the Final Episode section, the list incorrectly states that Xehanort Report 5 is earned through the "Weaver Fever" Mirage Arena event. It is earned through the "Sinister Sentinel" event (pg. 177).
On Ventus's map of Disney Town, the Mickey Sticker is listed as "Mickey Crystal" (pg. 100).
On Ventus Walkthrought of Olympus Coliseum, it states that the Prize Pod drops "Thundercracker" and "Nutty Nut" Ice Cream ingredient, but if one were to look closely at the picture below, it's said that Ventus obtain "Cotten Cloudcandy" (pg. 108).
On Aqua's map of Radiant Garden, a Hi-Potion was left untranslated, it was left in it's kanji form; "ハイポーション" (pg. 140).
On Ventus's map of Radiant Garden it lists Prize Pods as an enemy but does not reveal a spawn location like on all other maps.
