Chapter 2: Intruders is the second chapter in the Kingdom Hearts II manga.

Story
Roxas tries fighting the Dusks, but can't hit them. Realizing he can't beat them, he decides to run away, but the Dusks grab him. The Dusks form a cage and slowly drag Roxas towards a Corridor of Darkness. Suddenly, Roxas's Struggle Bat changes into a Keyblade, causing the Dusks to back off. The Keyblade moves on its own to hit one of the Dusks. Seeing he can now hit them, Roxas defeats the Dusks. As the last of the Dusks disappears, a bunch of photos appear, and the Keyblade vanishes.

Synopsis
Back in The Usual Spot, Olette places their stolen photo back in the frame, and the group realizes they can say the word "photo" again. Looking at the recovered photos, Pence notices that they all have Roxas in them. They bells at the clock tower sound, causing the group to realize the day is almost over. With only one week of summer vacation left, Olette tells the group they will do their homework the next day. The group separates and heads home, when Roxas suddenly collapses.
Roxas finds himself surrounded by a white thief and it's friends, and is unable to fend them off himself. Roxas decides to retreat, but the thieves won't let him, even grabbing onto him by the legs, before joining themselves together to create a cage to trap the teenager. Then, a portal opens, and the thieves slowly head towards it. Suddenly, the struggle bat changes into a different weapon, one that will actually allow Roxas to attack the thieves.

Roxas defeats the thieves and manages to retrieve the stolen photos. But the mysterious weapon disappears from his own hand. He takes the photos back to his friends, and they put their most cherished one (the quartet at the beach) back into it's frame. It turns out that the thieves have been stealing photos of Roxas from everywhere in town. Of course, Roxas could not explain much of the thieves, only that they were non-human.
In a room with several monitors, DiZ and a man in a black coat discuss the attack of the creatures. DiZ reveals he scattered photos of Roxas around town, as they can't tell the difference between the real Roxas and a photo. DiZ tells the man in the black coat to keep an eye on Roxas. High on a rooftop, Axel keeps getting photos of Roxas from the Dusks.

Soon, the bell rings. It was getting late. Olette demands that everyone work on their homework assignment the next day, which the boys reluctantly agree with. As the leave the Usual Spot, Roxas complains of the sunlight and then faints.
Roxas once again dreams of the boy. In the dream, the boy obtains the same Keyblade Roxas used. With a jolt, Roxas wakes up in his own bed, wondering how he got home.

"It's almost time!", says one of the men keeping an eye on the computer. The white thieves, who seem to be working for a group called Organization XIII, have been growing desperate, but the man says he will not let them win. The man, DiZ, then spots a "redhead", and orders his "apprentice" to keep an eye on Roxas.

We then cut to the redhead, Axel, who's using several white creatures, including one of a different shape, and is annoyed that they are only brining pictures of Roxas. He then burns the image of Roxas on a school bus, and wonders where he is hiding. We soon see the apprentice approach an unconscious Roxas, and says only one word: "Sora".

This triggers another dream; this time, the mysterious boy encounters a robbed man, and gains the ability to use a Keyblade. Roxas wakes up, back in his own bedroom. He looks into his hand, and wonders if the strange weapon he held yesterday was a Keyblade...
