At The Mysterious Tower, Pete sends a bunch of Shadows after Yen Sid. As the train with Sora, Donald, and Goofy in it arrives at the tower, a powerful explosion sounds. Pete leaves the tower, charred from the explosion, with Yen Sid telling him he'll never join them. Yen Sid spots Sora, Donald, and Goofy, and invites them inside.
