==Synopsis==
'''Episode 20: The Genie of the Lamp''' is the twentieth chapter in the ''{{c|Kingdom Hearts|manga}}'' manga.
Aladdin summons the Genie of the lamp, using his first wish: save Sora, Donald, and Goofy from the quicksand. After an extravagant entrance, with the snap of his fingers, Genie frees the group. Aladdin asks the group what they were doing in the desert. Goofy starts to tell of their Gummi Ship, when Sora redirects, asking Aladdin what he is doing out here. Aladdin answers that he has just finished looking for legendary treasure in the [[Cave of Wonders]]. What he found there is the magic lamp. Genie speaks up, saying he is here to grant the lamp's master three wishes. Genie asks Aladdin what his second wish will be. Aladdin pauses, then asks the Genie to make him a wealthy prince. Just as the Genie is about to grant the wish, Aladdin asks Genie to wait until they reach Agrabah, so he can propose to Jasmine. This doesn't bother Genie, who explains how he rarely sees the outside world due to being bound to his "portable prison." Aladdin tells Genie he will use his last wish to free Genie from the lamp.

Meanwhile, Abu is riding the magic Carpet through the desert, determined to tell Aladdin of Jasmine's misfortune.
