[[Sora]] is startled to discover [[Mulan]] is actually a woman. [[Mushu]] attacks Sora, [[Donald]], and [[Goofy]] to protect Mulan, but then recognizes them. Mulan and Mushu explain why Mulan took her father's place to join the army, and how she'll be put to death if anyone would find out she's a woman. Sora, Donald, and Goofy promise to help her. Elsewhere, a member of [[Organization XIII]] convinces [[Shan-Yu]] to join them in exchange for power. | |||
The next day, the army crosses a snowy mountain on the way to war. After a while, they reach a mountain village, only to find it completely burned down. At that moment, Shan-Yu appears with his army of Huns and charges at Li Shang's army. They attempt to hold them off by launching cannons, but when Shan-Yu summons a storm of [[Heartless]], Sora, Donald, and Goofy rush to the front to take them out. Mulan grabs one of the cannons and, with Mushu's help, send it flying toward the mountaintop. She gets attacked by the Heartless, but Sora rescues her. Chapter 20: To the Front is the twentieth chapter in the Kingdom Hearts II manga.
Story
Sora is startled to discover Mulan is actually a woman. Mushu attacks Sora, Donald, and Goofy to protect Mulan, but then recognizes them.
