Blizzard (ブリザド Burizado?), also called Ice ( Kōri?), is a recurring element that appear in the Kingdom Hearts series. It embodies the power of ice, and is generally opposed to Fire. The Blizzard element is usually associated with the Freeze status effect.

Holy Circlet +20% Reduces fire, ice, and lightning damage by 20%. Also raises max AP.
Ribbon +20% Reduces all elemental damage by 20%. Equip more to boost effect.
Blizzagun Band[KH I FM] +20% Reduces ice damage by 20%, and raises Strength and Defense. Equip more to boost effect.
Royal Crown[KH I FM] +20% Reduces fire, ice, and lightning damage by 20%. Raises max MP, but reduces Strength.

Party members

Several Blizzard-based abilities can be used in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. While under the effect of Blizzard Boost, Blizzard attacks deal 50% more damage.

Attack Type Description
Diamond Dust Attack Card A special attack card with ice-based attacks. Powerful and the easiest to handle.
Blizzard Magic Card Magic that deals ice damage. Stock two cards for Blizzara and three cards for Blizzaga.
Blizzara Magic Sleight Chill the opposition with powerful ice magic.[KH CoM]
Chill enemies with powerful ice magic.[KH Re:CoM]
Blizzaga Magic Sleight Chill the opposition with supreme ice magic.[KH CoM]
Chill enemies with supreme ice magic.[KH Re:CoM]
Blizzard Raid Magic Sleight Hurl the Keyblade and inflict ice damage.
Aqua Splash Magic Sleight Spray melted ice at the enemy over a period of time, inflicting ice damage.
Homing Blizzara Magic Sleight Cast a Blizzara spell that seeks out the targeted enemy.
Freeze Magic Sleight Freezes nearby enemies. Attacking a frozen enemy deals greater damage.
Splash Lv1 Summon Card Dumbo douses enemies over a set time period, dealing ice damage. Stock more than one to prolong the attack.
Splash Lv2 Summon Sleight Dumbo douses enemies over a set time period, dealing ice damage.
Splash Lv3 Summon Sleight Dumbo douses enemies in a wide area for a set time period, dealing ice damage.[KH CoM]

Origin

Ice, also known as Cold and Blizzard, is a recurring element in the Final Fantasy series. It is one of the earliest elements introduced, and forms a trifecta with the elements of Fire and Lightning. It is the opposing element of Fire.
