The Lightning Angler is an electric Heartless with the appearance of an Anglerfish. It is blue, has electricity patterns spread across its body, and whiskers with lightning bolts at the end. Along with that, at the end of it's tail it has what resembles a pirate ship's wheel and other pirate accessories such as hooks and anchors in the design.
