Fantasista is a staff that can be wielded by Donald Duck in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix.

Design

Fantasista's handle is blue-white with blue and pale yellow tips. A blue orb surrounded by intertwined, pale pink rings hovers above the tip of the handle. This orb is surrounded by a long string of glowing, blue-white glyphs that coils around it and the top of the handle.

The Fantasista's name is a reference to World Fantasista, a soccer video game developed by Square, named after a title for high value playmakers in association football, which in turn comes from the Italian word for "fantasy".

Gameplay

In Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Fantasista is the only staff that increases Donald's MP by three points, making it the most powerful in regards to magical power. It is also long and average in recoil, but has poor strength. During the end of the game, Donald will either be equipped with Fantasista for its high MP boost, allowing his spells to deal significantly more damage, or Meteor Strike for its high strength and recoil. At level 79 or higher with Fantisista and two accessories that increase his MP by 2, such as Cosmic Arts, Donald Duck can achieve a max MP of 17.
