The Knockout Punch is a Keychain for Sora's and Riku's Keyblades that appears in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.
Design[edit]
The Knockout Punch's overall color scheme is mainly based off the Hockomonkey Dream Eater. The Hockomonkey's head appears on the intersecting part between the guard, hilt and blade. Its Mage form's arms appear as the guard, colored black with gold edges, with its fists, colored a bright turquoise, connecting at the base. The hilt is mainly black and a turquoise when near the Hockomonkey's head. The blade is its Brute form's arm in Extending Arms mode, with the teeth being a blue and yellow "impact" effect. The token is the Nightmare Dream Eater emblem. The Keyblade is mainly black and glowing light blue when in The Grid.
The Keyblade's name is a term used in boxing to refer to a punch that renders someone unconscious, which also reflects how the Hockomonkey fights Sora by punching at him. The Japanese name, Todome Knuckle, contains the Japanese word for "finishing blow" (止め todome).
