Dumbo is a Summon character used by Sora in combat in Kingdom Hearts originally from the Disney movie of the same name. He is summonable using the Watergleam item.
Dumbo is a baby elephant with huge ears that allow him to fly. Apparantely being the sole survivor of the destruction of his world, like several other summon characters (e.g. Bambi), Dumbo's spirit was sealed inside the Watergleam stone that Sora discovered while trapped in Monstro. Upon giving it to the Fairy Godmother in Traverse Town, Sora learns how to summon Dumbo.
