Deep Freeze from Birth By Sleep

Deep Freeze (フリーズ Furīzu?, lit. "Freeze"), also dubbed as Freeze, is a technique introduced in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. It allows the user to freeze surrounding enemies in a block of ice. If frozen enemies are struck, extra damage is dealt. It deals blizzard damage.
