The Pleasure Mushroom and Pleasure Mushroom+ are dropped by the Mushroom XIII No. 2, No. 4, No. 6, No. 8, No. 10, and No. 12. If satisfied at rank E they will drop a Pleasure Mushroom 55% of the time, at rank D they will drop a Pleasure Mushroom 65% of the time and a Pleasure Mushroom+ 35% of the time, and at rank C they will drop a Pleasure Mushroom+ 75% of the time.
