MP Rage (ダメージアスピル Damēji Asupiru?, lit. "Damage Aspir"), also translated as Damage Syphon, is an ability introduced in Kingdom Hearts. It allows the user to recover their ability-fueling gauge when damage is taken. The greater the damage, the greater the recovery.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts, MP Rage is a support ability that restores MP when damage is taken. It costs 2 AP to equip, 3 AP in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix.

In Kingdom Hearts II, MP Rage is a support ability that restores MP when damage is taken. It costs 3 AP to equip.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Damage Syphon is a support ability that restores the Focus Gauge when damage is taken. It can be equipped once.

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Damage Syphon is a support ability that restores the active Spirits' Link Gauges when damage is taken. It can be equipped once.

In Kingdom Hearts III, Damage Syphon is a support ability that restores 1 MP per 2.5 HP lost for each copy equipped. It costs 3 AP to equip.
