Combo Plus (コンボプラス Konbo Purasu) is an ability introduced in Kingdom Hearts. It adds an additional attack to the user's ground attack combo. Equipping multiple Combo Plus abilities adds additional attacks to the combo.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts, Combo Plus is a support ability that costs 1 AP to equip.
In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Combo Plus is an enemy card effect that costs 15 CP to add to the deck and lasts for three reloads. This version also increases air combos by one attack, akin to Air Combo Plus.
In Kingdom Hearts II, Combo Plus is a support ability that costs 1 AP to equip.
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Combo Plus is a support ability that can be equipped up to three times.
In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Combo Plus is a Bonus Booster ability that can be leveled up from Combo Plus Lv.1 to Combo Plus Lv.2 and Combo Plus Lv.3.
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Combo Plus is a support ability that can be equipped up to three times.
In Kingdom Hearts III, Combo Plus is a support ability that costs 4 AP to equip.
Learning Combo Plus[edit]
Kingdom Hearts[edit]
- Sora learns four Combo Plus at levels 9, 72, 84 and 96 with the Dream Sword; levels 42, 75, 84 and 96 with the Dream Shield; and levels 66, 78, 84 and 96 with the Dream Rod.[KH I]
- Sora learns three Combo Plus at levels 21, 66, and 93 with the Dream Sword; levels 63, 87, and 96 with the Dream Shield; and levels 87, 93, and 99 with the Dream Rod.[KH I FM]
- Sora learns Combo Plus after beating the Phil Cup by himself.[KH I FM]
Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories[edit]
- The Soldier enemy card has Combo Plus as its effect.
- The Black Fungus enemy card can randomly activate Combo Plus.
- The Darkside enemy card can mimic an enemy's Combo Plus.
Kingdom Hearts II[edit]
- Sora learns two Combo Plus by leveling Valor Form to level 4 and 6.
- Valor Form has Combo Plus as a default ability.
- Wisdom Form has Combo Plus as a default ability.[KH II]
- Lion Form has two Combo Plus as a default ability.
- The Sleeping Lion has Combo Plus as its Equipment Ability.
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep[edit]
- Combo Plus can be attached to a type B, type D, type E, type G, type I, type K, or type P Command recipe through Command Melding, either randomly or by applying a Wellspring Crystal.
Kingdom Hearts Re:coded[edit]
- Data-Sora learns and levels up Combo Plus by linking the CPU to the respective Bonus Boosters in the second, fifth, and eighth sections of the Stat Matrix.
Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance[edit]
- Sora and Riku can purchase Combo Plus from the Kooma Panda Ability Link for 200 Link Points.
- Sora and Riku can purchase Combo Plus from the Me Me Bunny Ability Link for 200 Link Points.
- Sora and Riku can purchase Combo Plus from the Pricklemane Ability Link for 200 Link Points.
