Blackout
Blackout (ブラックアウト Burakkuauto) is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to blind surrounding enemies to stop them from attacking in your direction.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Blackout is an Advanced magic command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 3 and a normal reload time of 10 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 8%.
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Blackout is a magic command that uses one slot in the Command Deck and has a reload time of 16 seconds. It grants +2 to Magic when attached to a Dream Eater recipe.

- Terra can obtain Blackout from a chest at the Aqueduct.
- Aqua can obtain Blackout from a chest in the Lower Zone.[KH BbS]
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can obtain Blackout as an enemy drop.
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can create Blackout through Command Melding.
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can purchase Blackout from a bonus panel on the Spaceship Board.
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can purchase Blackout from the Command Shop for 600 munny once five worlds have been cleared or the command has already been obtained elsewhere.
- The Template:Dlink has Blackout in its Lv.0, Lv.1, and Lv.2 Command Decks.
- The Template:Dlink has Blackout in its Lv.2 Command Deck.

- Sora and Riku can purchase Blackout from the Peepsta Hoo Ability Link for 10 Link Points.

- Zero Gravira (LV3) + Confuse (LV3)
- The first recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, Aqua, and is a type P recipe.
