Design

The Ice Penguin, like its name states, is a medium sized penguin-like creature,. It has dark brown face with red pupil-less eyes. It has an aqua colored beak. On the top of it's head are two horn-like objects. The horn start of orange, with aqua tips. It between the horns, a small yellow tuft of fur can be seen. Along the sides of it's face yellow streaks that could possibly be hair can be seen. Around it's neck are some large dark pink balls.

It's body, like it's face, is a dark brown color. However, along the armpits is a green stripe. From the stripe the color is yellow, which continues up it's arms to the fins. Along it's fins some orange feather-like things are seen. On the Ice Penguin's belly the Dream Eater symbol can be seen. It's flippers are aqua in a coloring.
