The Iceguin Ace, like its name states, is a medium sized penguin-like creature. Its overall design resembles an old-fashioned aviator.

Its Nightmare Variation face and belly are brown-black in color, and it has a yellow "jacket", with a blue-green edge, covering its wings, back, and the top of its head. Sora can obtain the Iceguin Ace Recipe from the first Special Portal in Prankster's Paradise. The Iceguin Ace can be created through six different recipes.

- 6 Lofty Figment + 2 Rampant Fantasy
- The second recipe is a rank D recipe.
- 4 Lofty Fancy + 2 Rampant Fantasy
- The third recipe is a rank C recipe that has a 60% chance of success.
- 3 Lofty Fancy + 5 Rampant Fantasy
- The fourth recipe is a rank B recipe.
- 2 Lofty Fantasy + 2 Rampant Fantasy
- The fifth recipe is a rank B recipe that has a 40% chance of transforming from Kooma Panda .
- The sixth recipe is a rank A recipe.
- 2 Rampant Fantasy + 1 Wild Fantasy
