Design
The Drak Quack resembles a fusion of the Ducky Goose and the wyvern, a type of dragon known for its lack of forelegs.
Etymology
"Drak" is a corruption of the Latin "draco", meaning "dragon". Both of its names indicate that it is a "fake" dragon; "modoki" (もどき) is Japanese for "pseudo", while "quack" is an euphemism for a fake. "Quack" is also an allusion to the Dream Eater's duck-like nature.
