Design

A Bruiser is a large, bottom-heavy creature with predominantly blue skin. Its feet curl up at the toes and its conical arms end in round, silver, mitten-like hands. Its head is spherical and sports two long antennae that hook upward sharply. The Bruiser’s midsection is black with white highlights and is lined by triangular patterns resembling teeth. Its red eyes are set in a happy expression and the Unversed symbol is emblazoned on its belly.

A "bruiser" is a strong, tough person, referring to the Bruiser's large size and strength. The root of the word, "bruise", could refer to this Unversed's black-and-blue coloration.

Strategy

A Bruiser may be large, but it isn't hard to defeat. It has three attacks: smacking players with its hands, charging at players with a glowing belly or bouncing around creating shockwaves wherever it lands. Both attacks can be guarded against for a good counterattack. Using Command Styles, Shotlocks or D-Links makes beating them easier.
