Fire (ファイア/炎, Faia/Honō) is a recurring element that appear in the Kingdom Hearts series. It embodies the power of flame, and is generally opposed to Blizzard. The Fire element is usually associated with the Ignite and Burn status effects.

Enemy Attack Description Red Nocturne Fire (ファイア, Faia) Shoots a fireball that chases the opponent while flying. Fira (ファイラ, Faira) Stops and shoots a fireball that chases the opponent. Fat Bandit Flame Bullet (火炎弾, Kaen-dan) Shoots a fireball from its mouth 2-3 times. Flamethrower (火炎放射, Kaen Hōsha) Takes a deep breath, then breathes out flames. Barrel Spider Explosion (爆発, Bakuhatsu) Trembles and self-destructs. May also run and self-destruct. Gargoyle Fira (ファイラ, Faira) Spits a bouncing blue fireball from its mouth. Battleship Napalm Bullet (ナパーム弾, Napāmu-dan) The Battleship flies very high and drops bombs while moving in a straight line. Fire Bullet (ファイア弾, Faia-dan) The Battleship fires orange rockets from its cannons. Defender Fira (ファイラ, Faira) Shoots a fireball out of the shield's mouth. Wizard Speed Fira (スピードファイラ, Supīdo Faira) Swings its staff left and right, then shoots a fireball. Leon Firaga (ファイガ, Faiga, lit. "Figa") Shoots forward flames gathered at his fingertips. Trickmaster Club Swing (棍棒振りまわし, Konbō Furimawashi) Alternately swings its clubs sideways. Club Attack (棍棒攻撃, Konbō Kōgeki) Swings either the left or right club diagonally downward. Fire (ファイア, Faia) Swings a flaming club and sends a flame flying. Fira (ファイラ, Faira) Puts the clubs atop one another and sends a flame flying. Cerberus Firaga Ball (ファイガボール, Faiga Bōru, lit. "Figa Ball") Cerberus fires big fireballs from its mouths. Hades Flamethrower (火炎放射, Kaen Hōsha) Hades walks forward while emitting flames from both hands. Chimera[KH I FM] Protruded Head (飛び出した頭, Tobidashita Atama) Releases three bouncing spheres from its head. Sephiroth Firaga Wall (ファイガウォール, Faiga Wōru, lit. "Figa Wall") Summons three pillars of fire around himself. Kurt Zisa Firaga Bomb (ファイガボム, Faiga Bomu, lit. "Figa Bomb") Shoots a number of exploding fireballs into the air.

Holy Circlet	+20%	Reduces fire, ice, and lightning damage by 20%. Also raises max AP.
Ribbon	+20%	Reduces all elemental damage by 20%. Equip more to boost effect.
Firagun Band[KH I FM]	+20%	Reduces fire damage by 20%, and raises Strength and Defense. Equip more to boost effect.
Royal Crown[KH I FM]	+20%	Reduces fire, ice, and lightning damage by 20%. Raises max MP, but reduces Strength.

Enemies
Most bosses and Final Mix-exclusive Heartless have a x0.49 or higher resistance to fire. Certain enemies can absorb Fire attacks. Only the Ice Titan is weak to fire attacks.

Party members

Several Fire-based abilities can be used in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. While under the effect of Fire Boost, Fire attacks deal 50% more damage.

Flare Breath Lv1	Summon Card	Mushu breathes fire at the enemy, dealing fire damage. Stock more than one to prolong the attack.

Enemy Attack Description Red Nocturne Fire (ファイア, Faia) A fireball is shot forward in a parabolic arc. Surprisingly powerful. Fira (ファイラ, Faira) A fireball is shot forward in a parabolic arc. The explosion upon hitting an opponent is larger than that of Fire. Fat Bandit Flame Shot (火炎弾, Kaendan) After taking a deep breath, shoots a fireball from its mouth that flies in a parabolic line. Barrel Spider Explosion (爆発, Bakuhatsu) Shakes its body, then self-destructs and disappears. Has high power. Dash Explosion (ダッシュ爆発, Dasshu Bakuhatsu)[KH CoM] Tilts its body forward and rushes, self-destructing after moving a certain distance, or when coming into contact with the opponent. Ramming Attack (体当たり攻撃, Taiatari Kōgeki)[KH Re:CoM] Gargoyle Fira (ファイラ, Faira) Opens its mouth and spits out a fireball. The fireball moves in a parabolic line. Defender Fira (ファイラ, Faira) Spins its shield and holds it in front, then shoots a fireball from the shield's mouth in a straight line. Wizard Fira (ファイラ, Faira)[KH CoM] Swings down its staff and shoots a fireball. Speed Fira (スピードファイラ, Supīdo Faira)[KH Re:CoM] Jafar (Genie) Lava Throw (溶岩投げ, Yōgan Nage) Sinks into the sea of lava, then rises holding a huge rock and throws it at the opponent.[KH CoM] Only used when the opponent is far.
