The Aegis Shield is a shield that can be wielded by Goofy in Kingdom Hearts III.
Design[edit]
The Aegis Shield is an elegant weapon in a loose ovoidal shape. The center of the shield is a mirror-like iridescent surface encased in a matte, embossed border with six diamond-like ornaments in the same material and style. The topmost diamond is more pointy than the other five, and sits atop four symmetrical leaf-like long ornaments. On the backside, the angular handle and the outer section have the same matte material as in the front, with the backside having a flat, pointy ovoidal shape matching the front.
The Aegis Shield+'s palette include iridescent shades of blue and purple (polished section in the front), indigo (center of the backside) pale lavender (outer casing, handle, diamond ornaments), and champagne (embossed lining around the casing). The Aegis Shield+ swaps these colors for iridescent shades of faded blue, medium blue, faded teal, and bronze, respectively; the diamonds are sky blue, however.
This weapon shares its name with the Aegis Shield that appears in many Final Fantasy games.
