Break Time (ブレイクタイム Bureiku Taimu?) is a technique introduced in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to rejuvenate themselves or their allies by taking a break.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Break Time is an Advanced attack command that allows the user to recover HP and fill the Focus Gauge by pressing X when prompted. It takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 4, and a normal reload time of 20 seconds. Break Time is an Advanced-class Attack Command that can be melded through four different recipes, listed in the Mega Attack Recipe.

  • The first recipe can only be melded by Aqua, and is a type N recipe that has a 10% chance of transforming from Slot Edge when melding.
  • The second recipe can be melded by Terra and Ventus, and is a type N recipe that has a 10% chance of transforming from Slot Edge when melding.
  • The third recipe can only be melded by Aqua, and is a type N recipe that has a 10% chance of transforming from Slot Edge when melding.
