Master Form is a Drive Form of Sora from Kingdom Hearts.

Earned when you reunite with King Mickey, Master Form is like a hybrid between the Valor and Wisdom forms Sora can become.

Leveling Up

Leveling up Master Form is somewhat easy as gaining XP gives you more time to gain more XP. Sora must collect Drive Orbs to gain experience while in this form, and since gaining them boosts the time you have in that form the leveling up quickens. Master Form's growth ability is Aerial Dodge, a second jump performed in midair that is mostly long range, giving Sora little more height.

Other Information

Master Form bears a yellow and black color scheme. It is the last drive form that Sora gains through the story, apart from Final Form (which is not given to him by anybody, and the screen showing that a new form has been gained does not appear). The symbols on his pants are three black crosses arranged in a fancy overlapping pattern.

Abilities

Actions

  • Master Strike

A powerful combo finish where Sora performs a flurry of blows and ends in a giant "X" slash similar to Valor Form's Sonic End.

  • Disaster

A powerful combo finish in which Sora spins through the air, gathering a ball of wind around him. The player can move Sora in this mode to entrap enemies around him, dealing grinding damage until Sora releases the wind in a powerful blast.

  • Magic Master

Description: Magic is powered up.

Growth

  • Aerial Dodge

Description: If you press X in the air, you can jump once more. At the same time you are guarded against enemies.

Support

  • Synch Blade

Description: Sora can wield two blades at once to fight in a dual-wielding style.

  • Air Combo Plus

Description: Increase the probability of attacking, thus prolonging air combos.

  • Endless Magic

Description: Magic combos can continue indefinitely.

  • Draw

Description: Absorb nearby orbs.

  • MP Hastega

Description: MP recharge time is faster 1.25 times than normal.

Pros Powerful finishers, many-hit combos, balanced enhancement of magic and melee.

Cons This form has all-aerial attacks (he hurls himself into the air as he makes his first swing), and each hit that makes its mark raises Sora slightly higher into the air. For hitting smaller, grounded, or farther away enemies, this can make it difficult to perform your entire combo.
