Kingdom Hearts

Big round Heartless. They seem tame and laid-back, but go berserk when they are angered. With their brute strength, they can inflict great damage, so be on your guard.

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories

A rotund Heartless.

The Large Body repels frontal attacks with its jiggly belly.

Sometimes it throws its weight around and shakes the ground, so jumping is key.

Kingdom Hearts II

It will block attacks dealt from the front, so a good option is to perform a series of combos from behind, finishing with Full Swing.

When enraged it will repeatedly tackle it's target. That's the time to use reaction commands. Use Kickback to finish the battle!

Strategy

When you enter the battle, quickly run to its back (as the Large Body is immune to frontal attacks). After 5 swipes of your Keyblade, get ready to run away! It will go into Berserk mode and try to badly hurt you. Use Guard, then it will be knocked away. It will then come back and slide across the floor. Use Kickback, followed by Full Swing - and it will be defeated.

For Kingdom Hearts, since there are no reaction commands, you will have to make use of the Guard ability - hit the Square button at the right time when the Large Body rams into you. This will not only give you an amount of Tech Points; it will also temporarily immobilise the Large Body, giving you time to run to its back and hit it. Later in the game, when you have the High Jump ability, use it to your advantage: jump over its head and hit it to save time.
