The third volume of the Kingdom Hearts manga was originally published in 2006 by Tokyopop. It continues Sora's adventure from the sealing of Olympus Coliseum up to the sealing of Neverland. The front cover depicts Sora in Merman form, Donald in Octopus form, Goofy in Sea turtle form, Sebastian, and Flounder in Atlantica.

Overview
Differences
- Deep Jungle and Halloween Town do not appear in the manga, the former due to copyright laws.
- Figaro appears in Monstro.
- In Atlantica, the Crystal Trident is never found or used.
- In Atlantica, King Triton destroys all of the items in Ariel's Grotto.
- The Lost Boys appear in Neverland.
- Donald is the only character while in Neverland who cannot fly.
