Specially the Gummi ship made out of weapons... but only because I tried it some time (And failed btw D8). Gummi ships and I don't get along well :(

I about died with laughter at the two Winnie the Pooh ones, which is why they're on my user page. And yeah, I tried the weapon-based gummi, with just enough non-weapon gummis to make it fly. It didn't go very fast...

Journey of a Moderator

DoorToNothing — I dreamed last night... I got on the boat to Heaven! And by some chance, I had brought my dice along! Hey BebopKate, it's DoorToNothing. I was just wondering about something... recently, I noticed that the Moderators had black Keyblades in their text boxes. And that got me thinking... just what is the journey from a beginning user to a moderator?

BebopKate - This one is Zazzles...because he's Zazzy! TALK - Here's your cat...and here's your $20...{{{time}}} It's a combination of two things: how busy a wiki is, and the capability of the editor in question. The first one is easy enough: the busier the wiki, the more help is needed to keep an eye on things. As for capability, while we do take the number of edits into account, we also look for those who make valuable or useful edits. For example, someone who goes around fixing broken links and categories, rewrites an article that needs help, or tinkers with tables to improve the format is someone any wiki would want to have on staff, because it shows an eye for detail. I first came in and started organizing the individual world articles, for example, as well as fixing little things around the wiki, like articles with missing categories; this is what got me noticed and eventually got me asked to be made an admin. It applies not just here, but any wiki really. Since we have a strong community within our wiki, I personally also look for editors who are happy to lend a hand to others, both seasoned editors and new folks alike. Based on the contributions you've been making, I'd say you are well on your journey. Keep it up, and the next time we call for mods, your name will definitely be under consideration. ^_^

I'm Back!

TALK - Here's your cat...and here's your $20...{{{time}}} You know, in case that huge reply to DoorToNothing wasn't a hint. ^_^ Animazement was a ton of fun; I'm pleased to say Kingdom Hearts is as popular as ever around here. I saw at least 3 Soras, 3 Kairis, 2 Rikus, 2 Roxases (Roxi?), and lost track of how many Organization XIII people were there. Alas, I missed the one KH panel they had, but made up for it by getting my mitts on Sora and Pete out of the new Formation Hearts figures in the dealers' room. One interesting tidbit I thought I'd pass along; I went to a voice acting panel, and they discussed Wayne Allwine a little bit; one of the VAs there mentioned it had been known within the VA community that he had been ill for a while, and that Disney was well into the process of seeking out a new Mickey when he passed on. The two conclusions I draw from this are: 1) that the Kingdom Hearts games will not suffer much (if any) delay, and 2) the possible new voice may have had the opportunity to get training from Mr. Allwine himself, much as Mr. Allwine was trained by Jimmy MacDonald, the second Mickey.

When I undid his edits, I even stated that if he continued I would have to give him a warning. Anyways, I realized that this happens to be his third warning. Does this warrant a ban?

Lately she's been causing drama because she got banned from two other wikis, and feels that the admins at those wikis are just being unfair to her. I looked into the matter, and I found what she wrote to get herself banned, which involved cussing at the staff, like she once did to me before. So really, she deserved what she got, and I think it's terrible that she's stirring up drama with all of the members here, who are kind and sympathetic people, only trying to support her, even though she's telling lies. I also have to say that I don't believe her "sisters" are really sisters at all. How they write is quite similar, and I believe she uses them as back-ups so that she doesn't get in trouble and/or to receive more attention. I don't really know how to go about handling this, because I don't know if this deserves a warning or not, but what she's saying is just getting ridiculous and she's talking about dying just because of being banned from a wiki. I know she's just making things up and exaggerating because that's what kids do, but it's going to scare the younger and more trusting members. Please look into it.

Did Amy say anything about me while her talk page was still up? because she calls me her enemy and ex-friend on the Sims wiki. Is Amy Cotton the same person as Emilyc and Kaylee Anne (hers "sisters") ? I think so ! they use the same grammar and vocabulary, and also often say: "y'know" and use the phrase "block someone off". plus, the sisters always know about Amy's conversations, especially when she is in need of support ! Is Amy Cotton also the Cloaked shcemer ? I think so ! because she said to TNE that she vandalized her user page, while it was the Cloaked shcemer who did it ! The Cloaked shcemer has also removed all content from more userpages, check his contributions list. Why would Amy go berserk and willingly go away? I've been looking into things and I completely agree with Guardian Soul about the whole banning stuff and the drama/attention seeking stuff! can someone please try and answer me...

I can't say if she was the Cloaked shcemer, nor if her sisters were real or not, though I have my suspicions. At any rate, it is over and done with, and so let us go about writing about sane things again, like riding on honey pots, fighting with giant keys, and singing along with merpeople.

I want to see peace when I return from National Service on the 5th of September (or anytime around that). @Xiggie : You know what ? If the Cloaked Schemer was Amy... and no one else knew - then I'm pretty sure she would have raided Unbirth's user page as well. But his was the only one (I think) which wasn't raided. Heck, Unbirth was the one who undid the content removal for me. It's also surprising that Amy's on the francophone wiki and she didn't cause that much trouble (I think we all know why, with me gone, the predominant group is the native French-speaking group). Another question

The talk bubbles added to the customization turn loading time into HELL. I can't even have two windows open if the sims wiki is active *computer fail* Maybe it's just with my computer, but it really slows down everything... ;___;

I'm thinking about light too. Because the FFWiki customisation took only a short while whilst the Sims one took ages. I'm only thinking about the top bar (make it blue and yellow !) and I might do the same for the francophone wiki. Xiggie Buy / Sell — Welcome! What do you wanna do? Just because we're kids doesn't mean we can't run a business— {{{time}}} I'm here. I have to say that the blue layout and the wiki image is getting kind of, eh... I don't know :P We should try something new :D

My suggestion, keep the blue, I'm not sure about the logo, but I have a few ideas for BGs. Simple (Kingdom Hearts symbol - either crown or Keyblade - and quote on haunting black. Thematic - Kingdom Hearts' three main characters (Sora, Riku and Kairi, or the cast of the occasion - in this case, Roxas, Axel and Xion) shopped on dark blue, towards the top right. But in all cases, the background has to be plain/minimalistic, or else there'll be clutter. I'm developing the simple backgrounds right now but since it's already 12:30, I'd probably make them available tomorrow morning before my Business Studies paper. Axel, Xion, and Roxas would be great to have up there. Wouldn't you want to go with an autumn red theme though? I also think that I should make mention of the ad placement. If you're not logged in, the ads go right at the top of the pages, and it usually ruins a lot of the infoboxes, pushing them down the pages. Could something possibly be done about this?

DoorToNothing — I dreamed last night... I got on the boat to Heaven! And by some chance, I had brought my dice along! A Days redesigning... I like your idea, GS. A timer would be great! We could have a place with Featured Articles from Days, unless if we don't have enough information to have suitable content. The colors could be red, and I guess orange too maybe. And the logo in the top left corner could be changed from the faces of Sora, Kairi, and Riku to Roxas, Xion, and Axel, and with a red tint instead of a blue one. Also, I think we need to add something to the front page; something that will catch interest, like how the FFWiki has their Random Quote of The Moment. What do you guys think?

Hi, I have lately been working on Gummi Pages and compiling them into a new Category known as Category:Gummi Ships. I have some questions though: Should I put the Gummi Enemies into this category? Do I or someone else need to get rid of the Category:Gummi Blocks? Should I change my new category to just Category:Gummi? And finally Should I change the Gummi Block template to include everything Gummi? (Except I won't put on all of the enemies.) I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes, but I thought that the Gummi articles could be more connected to each other. Thanks.

I think keeping the enemies in their own category is better, but I agree that the Gummi Blocks category could be switched to just "Gummi". I certainly appreciate the idea; with all the stuff going on over the last few weeks, (real life and here), it seems like I haven't been able to do much "normal" editing.

Deletion Note

I have noticed that there was a deletion spree for as long as I have been absent, kupo, and I would like to emphasize a very common practice, kupo: before deleting any article or file, check first if the article or image is linked or used in any pages by using the [[Special:Whatlinkshere/(Name of page)]], or the "What links here" link of said page or file on the toolbox of the Monobook skin, kupo. Then, remove the soon-to-be-deleted files from pages or links from a soon-to-be-deleted page from other articles. This is especially important with templates, kupo. I hope you and other active administrators and moderators and editors keep this in mind,

If it's more "controversial", I do a quick check over the history to see what's going on. A few have probably slipped through, but overall I've never noticed any issues with articles or images missing. Most any image we've been deleting has been a duplicate, a poor version of something else, or is irrelevant to the wiki.

First off, I'd like to say that I posted this on the other two members' talk pages, because I wasn't sure if any were inactive...so if this seems like a repeat, or a little much, I apologize. ^_^

Hello BebopKate, I'm Tokugawa_Ronin, a member of the Public Relations Team and partial Moderator over at The Kingdom Key, the official KH site on the Gamespy network. Our site is a few years old, but has recently been totally revamped by our new webmasters, in both the mainsite, and the forum boards as well.

Now, we are seeking out affiliates, in the hopes that both our site, and those we affiliate with might benefit from linking with each other.
