Since the staffers aren't able to do this on their own, there are quite a few tasks that the community needs to partake in.

For starters, each and every single article on the Kingdom Hearts Wiki needs to be synched with its form on the original KH Wiki. The index included below contains all of the mainspace articles on this wiki.

Also, Kryten has asked me to inform you that ALL FAN-MADE IMAGES ON THIS WIKI ARE TO BE PUT UP FOR DELETION IMMEDIATELY. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes the Days Bubble images, save for the ones used on the templates. The template images' fate is still being discussed. A separate host may be needed to support some of these images (such as a Photobucket account specifically for the Days bubble images).

Similarly, all images that are not under the file extension ".png" or ".gif" are to be re-uploaded or marked with the {{Bad Name}} template. All .gif images that are not animations are also in need of this.

These tasks, while not an immediate priority, need to be accomplished. Since there is no way a couple people can make this happen, your help is needed. It is suggested that groups or teams are made to tackle each of these problems separately. If the labor is split, it will go by much faster and more efficiently. With everyone's help, it will get done.

Maybe my reading comprehension is low, but what do you mean by synching the articles? Didn't we just do a database dump?

Yes, but there were many errors, especially within the Filespace.

To clarify:

Every article, in every namespace, will need to be synced. The best way to do this is for each person to "claim" one of the pages of the index, and make sure that every article on that page is the same on both wikis.
- This also means that, if the khwiki has a page that was deleted from the wikia, it should be marked for deletion here as well. If the page didn't get created here, it should be copied from wikia.
- If, when comparing the diffs of the wikia and the khwiki, there are differences, you need to go through each of them and make sure that they are correct. This means combing through the edit as if it was just made and you were patrolling for vandalism.

The move is not over until this audit is done.

Additionally, this is a great time to clean up our imagestacks.

All fan-made images, no exceptions, are to be marked for deletion. They can either be hosted on an imagehost, like photobucket, or on the wikia.
- The fan-made images in templates should also be marked for deletion, but we need to find an imagehost for them that will be both safe and stable. This NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED.
Any image that does not fall under the naming standard should be marked with the "Bad Name" template.
Any image which is not a .png or .gif, or is not an animated .gif, should be marked with the "Betterpic" template.

Again: THE MOVE IS NOT OVER UNTIL THIS AUDIT IS DONE. I absolutely, absolutely need the full cooperation of our userbase. If this task is left to just the staff, we could be stuck mid-move for up to a year.

In the case of the Talk Template Archive, whenever you're ready to have my pictures up for deletion (those which are still on the wiki), please earmark them — I'll need to either save them or remove them before I go any further.

@17master - just fix the images under their current names on wikia, and if they are still misnamed, mark them with the "Bad Name" template.

Also, I left a notice on 17master's page explaining the issue, but the files he uploaded will all need to be redone, with the current versions deleted to make space.

Alrighty, just put your name next to the index you are going to cover. I'll get started on mine now.

I'm focusing on going through the images that are not licensed/categorized. Also, if I see an image that breaks our image policy, it's deleted. (I mean images that don't pertain to Kingdom Hearts and are just to make user pages look different. Use photobucket, people!)

I took the file images, from Keyblade Graveyard Logo to Libuelle, and I finished.

Okay, so I reported this glitch already, but anybody doing images should be aware: Many times, images may not appear, and when liscensing, categories, or templates are added to the page, they will also not appear, and the image will not be added to any categry imcluded in the templates. WAIT. Two things:

You shouldn't need to stop, if the code is still there, it should be auto resolved when the issue is fixed.
Guys, when you are going through the images, DON'T NOMINATE JPEGS THAT ARE BEING USED IN AN ARTICLE FOR DELETION. Those get the bad name template. I have seen several handfuls of mainspace use images marked for deletion already, but at the time I didn't think to revert the edits. So images such as my talk bubble image over there <---- that I use for that and my Userpage are to be deleted? May I ask why because to be honest it seems a bit annoying. They're already working and I don't want to go and clutter my photobucket account with my talk bubble images. Is it a server space issue? Most the wiki seems to have transfered seamlessly. I've noticed some of my images aren't updated so I'll fix that.

I wouldn't think that one would be deleted, since it's not fanart. Models from the game are official material.
