Erry - Wretched SeeD TALK - -CESONIV SOCEW CESUL SOHTIF- + -FITHOS LUSEC WECOS VINOSEC- ~ 17:27, 11 June 2011 (EDT) So as of today's Roundtable, we've decided that image conversion will go along in either one of two ways; first we will ask of which method you would prefer to work around and then once the majority has chosen, we will change the format (on this page) to show which group of people will work on which category:

For Method 1

Example: Users A, B, C and D work on category "Transparent Images"
Example 2: Users E, F, G and H work on category "jpg to png"

To answer your question, yes. You can make them transparent as long as you have the utilities to. User:Erry/Sig5 04:09, 12 June 2011 (EDT)

Before I choose, I'd like to ask something. Is converting images to .png as simple as opening the image, and saving the image as .png format or do we have to enhance the quality of the image and stuff? If it's as simple as changing the format, then using something as simple as Microsoft Paint would do, no? The17Master 06:38, 13 June 2011 (EDT)

Except when I work with Xion...which is all the time. — Neumannz, The Dark Falcon 00:20, 14 June 2011 (EDT)   Guys, for the duration of this mass renovation, I need to ask when that you replace any image with another, for whatever reason, you both nominate it for deletion and list it on KHWiki:Pages for Deletion so that we don't lose track of it. You can put them all under one heading, I don't care, but I'd like to not be searching the Recent Changes for the ones we're done with.

Also @Chitalian: But doesn't Photoshop also cost like $200ish? You can get the same result with using GIMP and also GIMP is free too. Its what I use for my image sizing. User:UnknownChaser/Sig2 07:50, June 14, 2011 (EST)

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Whenever you replace an image or add transparency, please place the two versions in different tabs, and revert back and forth between the two.
