What do you guys think about creating an independent Final Fantasy wiki for SEIWA? It seems like an obvious wiki that SEIWA is missing. --Porplemontage (talk) 00:26, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

The only possible with me is that I could start a Final Fantasy XIII-series wiki. But we better speak with the admins of the FFWiki about this first, as I hate to compete with THTSNBN. I think we should start with the focus on FFXIII first (especially because of the new Lighting Returns game coming up soon), then after awhile (depending on viewers), move on to the others (I'm agreeing with ErryK). I've thought up a few names for the wiki: Chocopedia Crystalpedia Mooglepedia I prefer to use "pedia" over "*INSERT SERIES NAME HERE* Wiki" when picking names. This suggestion can be controversal, but it's better than letting THTSNBN take all our hope... and money.

I agree that the goal should be to eventually cover all of Final Fantasy since we're talking about SEIWA covering the Square-Enix flagship series. One option we know that we have is to branch from Wikia under the Creative Commons license, as was done here. Attempting to create a Keyhole-esque partnership with FFWiki should be the first avenue we try. --Porplemontage (talk) 08:32, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

Though I agree that there should be a Final Fantasy Wiki for SEIWA, this will indeed be a difficult and controversal task. Maybe we should talk about it in the SEIWA forums. UxieLover1994 09:02, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

FFWiki doesn't want to have anything to do with SEIWA. Their community is also not willing to branch from wikia as of now, and even if they did, they would search for another host, because they would demand FTP access. --Sove 12:02, 23 October 2012 (UTC)
