While using Bladecharge, Terra or Aqua's Keyblade is enveloped in powerful energy fashioned into the shape of a longsword and the user's fighting style changes to utilizes arcing and sweeping attacks to take advantage of greatly increased range and power. The standard combo while attacking is a three-hit wide-seeping combo and the combo finisher is a downward slash. The finisher consists of the user raising the Keyblade in the air, and twirling it around, attacking all enemies in the surrounding area, ending with the character slamming the blade into the ground, emitting a final shockwave that will knock all enemies back while dealing out major damage.

Bladecharge is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to extend their Keyblade with an aura in order to extend the range of their attacks.
